The process was surprisingly quick and smooth! I walked in to have my screen repaired after it cracked just the night before. I think I came back just a couple of minutes earlier than they asked me to and it was done, and my phone looks good as new! Decided to browse for a new case as well and can't be happier with my new screen and case. Highly recommend!
EDIT: A few months later, my boyfriend’s screen began acting up and I thought immediately to come to this specific Cellairis. We ended up arriving minutes before they closed, but the gentleman quickly took a look and fixed it in minutes while we stood and waited there. He was so kind, despite us showing up late, and even took the time to explain what the issue was to us. We’re mind-blown and very appreciative. Again, highly recommend!

I went there when the “on/off” button of my iPad stopped working. The gentleman working there told me he could order me a new button for $80. After I agreed to this, he said, “or I can just do a simple software fix” for free. Thirty seconds later, I was able to turn my iPad on and off without the broken button. What a great and honest individual!

My son dropped his phone and cracked the screen really badly. He went to Cellairis in Walmart late in the afternoon. Unfortunately they didn't have his screen but the ordered it and had it in the very next morning. He left the phone with them and went back the next morning at 10 am and the phone was ready to pick up just like they said it would be! The $250 hurts the wallet (it was an S21), but the staff was outstanding and we got it fixed quick. We'd definitely go back, but hopefully won't have to!

Great and honest guy. Helped me fix iPhone charging problem and did not charge me as it was minor issue. I got my battery replaced unrelated to original issue. Very happy with the service!

Excellent repair work❣️?????I had to have screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G same day. My Samsung Care+ would only cover if I mailed my phone in, and it would at least be 2 weeks to get it back probably longer too long to be without My phone. Excellent work Cellairis❣️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️a bit pricey but I understand why because of my phone type.I can't say enough about YOU❣️THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH ❣️⭐️For being there, for me?
