Your employee Cyril is a rude disgusting person to all customers especially to the elderly & needs to be fired immediately. He is the reason this pharmacy has a low rating. He’s unprofessional & needs to learn manners while handling peoples medicine

I came for a covid and flu vaccine. The first time they mentioned they only do walk ins friday and saturdays. I hads come on saturday although they have a huge banner saying walkins welcome ? Its not true. I came back on saturday they close at 6pm . I came at 550 and they had someone in front of me pharmacy, however as soon as they saw me they all seemed irritated and felt their annoyance. I wasnt able to come earlier but unfortunately in either time I'v came whether time when they are open or not their customer service skills are quite fatal status . Iv come a couple of tad times but at every time iv come i wanted to think that it was just bad timing but they dont have customer service here in general. They must get paid trash here per they lack being custer service skilled.

It's a CVS, like any other. Has a drive through, so that's luxury. Usually my medication is out of stock and I have to drive half an hour to different store to pick it up, though.

Had a CVS employee come upto me as soon as walked asked me if he could help me , I said yes and pointed me to every aisle ,with the items on my list, I was in and out less then 5 mins

I had a badly experienced with the cashier she's young And arrogant. I was sending money and it's my first time sending it from Western Union. I counted in front of her and she was asking for help from one of her coworkers and I was wondering why she needed help or maybe just needed to make sure she was counting right. When the guy counted it was missing $60 and they gave it to me when I started counting I saw money hidden behind the paper bag.. What?! Shame on her for trying to steal money in front of me and her coworker...God bless your sou!!!

The pharmacy team is horrible service, they are always in a bad mood, or nasty attitude they talk with attitudes to the customers, service is horrible! I can't stand going to that pharmacist. ??

I gave them a prescription for both my husband and myself. They had none for me and two for him. They essentially gave me a prescription with someone else's name on it insisting I never gave them one for myself. Their attitude, after almost a week of trying to get an answer was basically, well the mistake was caught. We spoke to our people and mistakes do get made, oh and we are very busy, you could always go somewhere else. NO, YOU COULD LEARN TO DO YOUR BLINKIN' JOB CORRECTLY! YOU ARE NOT COUNTING OUT MC NUGGETS. IT IS MEDICINE. TAKE YOUR JOB SERIOULY OR MOVE ON.

I really enjoyed shopping in my CVS. It’s close to where I live and they always notify me when there are any new Covid booster available. I always find the associates to be friendly and easy to help when I need it.

The woman that takes prescription orders is very unkind and seems very disgruntled and ver obviously taking it out on customers. She made me feel very nervous about just getting a prescription transferred like I did something wrong and she was quite angry. I wish I did not have to go back but I do sadly.

For starters this is not my pharmacy for doctor prescribed meds. But I do shop here for all the other stuff because it diagonal from my church. The register/inventory stocking and manager staff ARE AMAZZZZZING! Always going above and beyond to help me with my requests and reels of coupons. Really satisfied. They really care. Brava/bravo.

I constantly get covid tested for work, and this is by far the worst place to do it. Today was my second and certainly last time coming here.I rang the bell, sat in the drive through for twenty minutes, and a line of cars appeared. Finally a woman approached the window and asked what I needed. I told her a test, so she asked for my confirmation code. I pull my phone out to quickly look at it, and she uses that time (3 seconds?) to walk away and answer the phone for another 3 minutes.She finally gives me the test and tells me to “keep the paper in the bag.” I interpret this as KEEP the paper, not leave the paper, which is apparently what she meant. I am apparently supposed to understand her poor wording, because when I stick my test back in the box, she starts lecturing me about it. She tells me she already gave me instructions and without the paper they can’t get me my results. She continues repeating herself as I grow more visibly annoyed.Some advice for this CVS: use the word “leave” if you want me to leave something, and “keep” if you want me to keep it. Aside from basic communication skills, learn that people have other things to do besides sit at CVS for a half hour. You aren’t my kindergarten teacher. I have places to be, and I’m not here to be lectured by you. I’m here for you to provide a service. How about instead of wasting more time you tend to the line of cars forming? Do your job quickly and efficiently or get out of this line of work.It is very worth it not to come here unless time and patience are in great supply.

Script called in at 4 30 pm the night before. Pharmacy closes at 7. Arrived 10 am the next day. Was told script was not ready."Drive around so you don't block the drive thru."No please no sorry.The absolute worst place.Vote with your feet.This is America

This is by far the slowest and poorly managed CVS I have ever be to, I've HAD to use this pharmacy and not only does it take forever for them to help customers drive thru and inside they are super slow. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but this place if you have anything to do with your day besides wait on line for nothing. Oh took 3 hrs to fill a prescription. Insane

They call and text me constantly. I had a prescription on auto refill. It was filled before I needed it. I now have 3 extra inhalers. I took all of my medications off of the auto refill and call it in as needed. They now call and text me 3 or 4 times a week wanting to see if they can fill more prescriptions before I need them. When I do call in what I need, I get a text that they are ready. When I get to the store I am told that they are NOT ready. The text was "just a courtesy". I was also sent a text that they are giving COVID booster shots when I was already at that location for 2 boosters!! How ridiculous that they are wasting my time.
