I had an excellent experience purchasing multiple items from this furniture store. Our salesperson, Lauren, was highly professional, offering great design tips and color choices for our dining room and bedroom. All items arrived within the estimated time frame. During the holiday season, they even loaned us a few chairs so we could host guests. The sales manager personally called to keep us updated on our delivery status.
We had a minor issue with one chair, but they quickly ordered a replacement, and the manager delivered it personally. The customer service was outstanding. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience from start to finish! Lauren Carter was so great to work with in choosing new window treatments for my home, she provided great design advice without being pushy. Peter was a delight during the measurement and installation process. Will absolutely visit again for future home furnishings purchases.

I had a wonderful experience with Bell’s Ethan Allen. Colleen Forrester, design consultant, for was extremely helpful; aiding me in my choice of Hunter Douglas Duette shades. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable; with my many questions.Peter Bell, the owner, did a wonderful job with the measuring and installation of my Duette shades. He also removed, and re-installed my, pre-existing, Hunter-Douglas shades that needed to be repaired. Again, he patiently answered all my questions, and aided me in the choice of the opening and closing options.I would recommend them, without reservation, if you require in-home decoration needs.

I am so happy that I chose Bell’s to furnish my new home. Lauren the design consultant that I worked with was very attentive and spent many hours entertaining different furniture arrangements and fabric options. Bells also offers complimentary home visits so that the designer can see the space and make measurements. She brought up many good ideas to implement in my home.I also have found the deliverymen to be very professional and careful when delivering my furniture.

My husband and I worked with Bell's Ethan Allen to furnish our new construction home. We worked with Ben to find a sectional for our family room and dining room table. The customer service was incredible. Ben came to our house for a design consult and brought fabric swatches and 3D designs making the selection process seamless. After finalizing our selections, we met with Ben in the Newburgh store to see our desired sectional and table in-person (warning you'll spend hours in the store because there's so many beautiful pieces to see). Ben was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had over the phone and email. We greatly appreciated his updates as we waited for our furniture. Roger kept us updated on delivery timelines and worked diligently with the factory to ensure we had our sectional in time for an upcoming housewarming party. Coordinating delivery with Roger was seamless. The delivery team helped move our current furniture and assembled our Ethan Allen furniture quickly and carefully. We have received so many compliments on our sectional. The fabric and color are stunning. We can't wait to see our dining table! We highly recommend Bell's Ethan Allen and look forward to shopping with them again in the future!

This is a great location for Ethan Allen. The designers are wonderful. They take their time and they really help you choose the furniture and fabric that you need/want. They do their own upholstery so they will really customize it for you.

I have been a long time customer of Ethan Allen in Newburgh. The designer that I have worked with for so many years is Elizabeth Costabel. Elizabeth is beyond knowledgeable and her expertise is undeniable! Ethan Allen furniture exceeds all my expectations. I just purchased a couch and Elizabeth was so helpful and on point with what I was looking for. Elizabeth makes the process effortless. Anyone looking for a fantastic interior designer, Elizabeth Costabel is the one!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the Bell’s Ethan Allen in Newburgh to design a few large rooms. I worked with the very talented and ever-so-kind designer Colleen Forrester who really helped me shape my vision, all the while giving excellent guidance and iterations of incredibly useful floor plans.I spent several days in the showroom and couldn’t think of one complaint to dish to the store. It’s well kept and much larger and laid out better than other EA showrooms I’ve visited.Through my experience I got to know the two owners Peter and Roger (brothers) a bit - and a little about the history of the store (their parents owned and ran it for decades). This is why the store is so well kept and service so attentive; there’s a special family pride that is put into everything.Also to note, after my purchase if there was any issue whatsoever they came right away and took care of it. They really made sure I was completely satisfied and went above and beyond to do so. And I am ever - my house looks unbelievable!I strongly recommend anyone looking for furniture, rugs, or window dressings to consider The Bell’s Ethan Allen. I happily and confidently recommend them.
