This place is poorly managed , not enough registers open for the lines of people and the workers do not ask who is next to pay and cause problems for the customers when other customers cut in front of the line to pay. Workers need to be trained better & they need to hire workers with customer relations skills cause they hiring getto people that are also part of the problem ! I hope this place gets closed down & keep the getto people out the neighborhood!

When the cash registers crashed we were in line with cash. They wouldn't just add up the bill and take the cash, so we waited around 20 minutes for them to fix it, but then we had to get in line three more times before they would take our cash. Then, because they didn't have ANY change, we gave them 10¢ over the bill, and we realized afterwards they shortchanged us $1. Seemed like 6-7 people working at the time, congregating around the front, none of them could give good service.

This is the worst store ever bought a coffee maker 5 days ago and its not what it says on the box apart from that the cashier did not give me my receipt of purchase he gave me the the person receipt that cashed right before me...called to have a returned done and the manager and staff there told me nothing can be returned because of covid -19 I can return after the virus is done question is when will it end she said that impossible for her to say ....then why are you telling customers wait till the virus is over what nonsense is that Why can’t someone return an appliance what does that got to do with the covid-19 situation family dollar you really need to do better on management here

It is okay place. The problem is sometimes they have one cashier and then there's a line.The cashier usually greet you upon entering. The store has been pretty busy lately due to the pandemic.

Always messy and shelves are not stocked too well. There's always lots of product that's stacked on pull carts, needed to be out away, that blocks your comfortable walking through their aisles.
