Jeff was amazing to work with! Called me to confirm my online print order and even found a huge typo for me (so he obviously reviewed the documents/files very well). He offered to update my order to correct the typo, and still had my project turned around and ready-to-go when originally expected. THANK YOU, JEFF!

Needed to ship a bulky solar generator and didn’t have a box for it. The FedEx staff member was amazing - found the right box and processed the shipping. Super friendly and helpful. I was able to leave after just a few min, knowing all was taken care off. Location in Walmart was convenient.

My package that came from the Philippines got stolen by one of FedEx own employees which is a carrier. My package was worth tons of money and they dropped it off carelessly at another location I never asked for. Their driver allegedly dropped my package off at an Amazon warehouse but there isn’t a warehouse location any where in my city. DONT TRUST THEM WITH UR EXPENSIVE PACKAGE!!

Delivery driver delivered our package to the wrong house, and since it required somebody in our family to sign, he forged a signature on the receiving paperwork and then proceeded to just leave. Horrible and I'm pretty sure illegal due to the forgery. Thank God for good neighbors who know our names.

The best experience I've had at a FedEx location in my life. Desiree was an absolute pleasure to deal with, was super knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. She made my morning! If I ever need to use FedEx again I'm definitely returning here!

Absolutely amazing staff! I was sent to numerous locations including the main FEDEX on enterprise drive and no one would help me. I came here and finally encountered Desiree and her amazing staff! They literally took ownership of my issue had it resolved within minutes all while they helped numerous customers and provided a great customer experience! This is far and few between lately it was such a breathe of fresh air! I was never going to use FEDEX again until this team!

I use the workstation at this location all the time, any time I need to print something. Over the past couple of years, I have interacted with several different employees, and every single one of them has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They have helped me with everything from mechanical issues with the printer, to picking out a higher quality of paper for my presentation, to printing my documents themselves via email. Time after time, the staff at this location has gone above and beyond!
