Worst shipping company on the face of the planet awful customer service awful drivers. I don't even know how this company still exists. Been calling for the last 3 days for a shipment that they refuse to leave at my door. Spoke to several customer service representatives and was told I was going to get a callback.

Went there with a QR code. Was told I needed a label. Went to a different location & was told the same thing. What's the purpose of having the convenience of a QR code if I cannot use it.

Horrible service! The employees are not training and the manager Jandres has the worst attitude ever! Drove over an hour to send out a package that I called and confirmed. Waited 15 min for the manager to come and they couldn't take it. Training your employees is key to the customer experience!

My priority mail package was out on the truck for delivery for 3 days before it was left on my front porch without signature and the box was a completely different box than the one the shipper sent my product in. My package was opened, tampered with and resealed without my permission or knowledge.
