Horrible do not take your car here they will make up problems just to get paid Horrible communication I took in my car for vibration they said my axle boot was torn when it came to submitting proof to my insurance company the problem went away do not trust these people with your vehicle

Quinn handled my service appointment professionally and promptly as usual. He kept in contact with me and advised me as to what was required to complete the NYS inspection. My vehicle was ready to be picked up well before the time I requested.

I went to Firestone on North Plank road to have my air conditioner looked at. They had my car from 8@m-6pm. They told me the specialist that handle the air conditioning called out. I didn’t understand why they didn’t tell me that sooner. I got in my car and drove out the parking lot. The car started pulling back like it didn’t want to drive. I called Firestone immediately and It cut off about a minute later. Myself and two other guys that pulled over looked under the hood. They left the air filter box open and the air filter sitting on top of the engine. My car had to be towed. I was told the sensor was thrown off. I missed work for 3days. My car hasn’t drove the same since. I was treated very rude. I will never take my car to Firestone ever again.

I was immediately greeted as I walked into the store. I was asked to wait a few minutes while other customers were taken care of. The attendant took my information and made sure I was there for what I asked for. He explained what Wil be done and I had a seat. The mechanics came out to explain what they are doing and how long it will take. Definitely will be visiting again.

I've been going on and off now for a few years. And yes, there are a few gentlemen that work there that are very pleasant. But, the majority of the people who interact in the front office are just plain rude.
If you have to go to a Firestone, don't let it be this one. They'll talk to you like you've got two brain cells left.
I get it. Newburgh is a draining city to live, let alone work in. So, someone is always itching for a fight, but still.. It's supposed to be a professional business, and they can't even get the professional part down right.

Made an appointment for inspection, came early, and they took me in almost immediately. Very friendly. Service with a smile. Id definitely go back here.
