Thank you for your services! We chose to use Glass America after a bad experience with Safelight.We set a specific time & day for the guy from Safelight to come and he never showed up on the scheduled day.I had to rearranged my busy schedule to accommodate his appointment.That’s very frustrating!I called them the next day to see what happened & their excuse was that they didn’t have a technician ready.I understand things come up.They could've at the very least called to let me know they had to reschedule.It’s always better to over communicate than to under communicate.On the other hand, you guys were courteous, easy to work with & more importantly actually showed up to do the job! Your guys called to make sure I would be home & came exactly when they said they would & that was twice in one week because I had two separate windows that needed to be replaced.Thanks for doing an excellent job on the 2 windows & having great customer service!I will recommend!

Calvin was awesome at getting me the best price and the entire office was super kind, including Reese at the front desk. Casey did my installation and honestly I was in and outta there in just under an hour but it felt like 15 minutes. The office is very comfortable and nice place to wait. I'd recommend Glass America to anyone for anything Windshield, Window, or Mirror related!

I’m not feeling like one star is even deserved. Glass America came out to my home three days ago to replace my windshield that had been cracked by a rock while I was driving on the highway. The gentleman that came was very friendly and very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner.Fast-forward three days, I pull in my garage and open my driver side door to get out of the car and, my rearview mirror falls onto my dashboard.I called Glass America and told them what happened and was told to bring the car to the shop at 3 PM to have it fixed. I explained to the woman that answered the phone that I did not feel comfortable driving my brand new car with no rearview mirror as it is not safe. She said that no one would be able to come out to my home until Monday.I then received a phone call from Calvin, the shop manager. He explained to me that I would need to come to the shop because he did not have a van and all of his supplies and tools were at the shop. To which I replied, can you grab what you need to fix it and please come to my home to put the mirror back up? He also told me that it was safe to drive even though I also expressed to him I was not comfortable with that. He then started to get pretty upset and told me that he was trying to help me. I was told it would have to be something that was covered under warranty, even though this windshield was replaced less than 72 hours ago. And then told me that Monday would be the earliest someone could get here.Glass America came very highly recommended to me. I’m very disheartened by this experience. I would never bad mouth a business but will steer people clear of Glass America.

My installer Gary was awesome! He was on time and fast he knows what he is doing and also a jeep lover as I am myself !! I would recommend Gary for everyone's window needs!!!

Figure I would try this place after using other places over the yrs. Not sure if I have any leaks yet but if I do it will clean the mess they made inside/outside of my vehicle.

Terrible! Glass they put in had pink/magenta stripe all the way across tint when sun was overhead. Sent photos to them. They reluctantly agreed to replace, but guy said, "one more time, and then that's it!" like they're doing me a favor. Two very rude women working there, first one said some crazy things, second one just yammered over me and wouldn't let me talk. Guy told me if I went somewhere else, I would have to file another insurance claim (which wasn't true). Called my insurance, got an appointment with Safelite. Replaced there today, they said they never saw windshield tint that was done as wrong as Glass America and never saw that manufacturer before.Service: Auto windshield replacement
