I've been 2 several gyms but I love Gold's Gym, it has everthing you need from lifting weights, bicycing, basketball, the tread mill and swimming and so much more. And it is covered by my insurance!

I have spinal stenosis and had moderate pain. I saw a pain management doc to see if I should join a gym. Although he thought it was a good idea, he strongly suggested the pool. I have been attending the water classes for almost a year typically going 2-3times a week. I don't do any machines, I can see a huge improvement and rarely have to take medication for pain. It is wonderful!!! And it is covered by my insurance!

I actively participate on a weekly basis in classes in activities to strengthen my overall body. The Club manager, his assistant, and a few of the trainers are supportive and friendly, and are the first wave anytime they see you. I definitely consider this place to be my second home.
