I had a great experience with the staff at this location, they answered any and all questions I had and didn't make me feel stupid for asking. Very helpful, kind and accommodating, would recommend any of my friends and family here to this location for any storage needs.

When I paid for the storage unit, I was assigned A069. I passed that information along to the driver delivering the items to be stored. The A069 unit isn't the right unit; it should have been A69. As a result, I have to move the items that I paid someone else to move. Plus, A069 has a trailer bay, and it's a hardship for me to climb in it, so I must pay someone else to move these items again. NOT HAPPY.

I recently utilized this CubeSmart locatino in Newburgh, NY, and had an excellent experience. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The flexible month-to-month lease options and online payment system added to the convenience. I highly recommend this CubeSmart location for anyone in need of reliable storage solutions.

Prices go up almost every month. Never had this issue with the old company. Late fee is over $30.00. If you can find some where else do so.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The self-service experience was simple, quick, and easy, plus there are security cameras throughout the storage facility.
Something we did notice is that when we accessed our storage unit for the first time, there were police officers parked in the back of the parking lot questioning a couple who may have been living or squatting in the ungated lot right behind facilities. It didn’t bother us much, just something to note.

Cubesmart is the new owner. This facility has changed hand several times. Under the new owner, it is taking me several attempts to actually find an attendant at the facility.
