For years, I've had the storage unit and then I cancel and then I'm charged afterwards. I'm very disappointed. I know it was bought out from another company but come on. Even when I spoke with the rep that I've known for years she showed no one difference just said I owed a new bill for the following month. Good luck and I'm glad I'm done.

Had a unit somewhere else wasn't climate controlled was paying almost two hundred dollars called prime storage they gave me one for under two hundred dollars plus it's climate controlled. And it's very close to my house. Thank you.

The place is clean, secure, and I felt totally comfortable leaving my stuff there. Accessing my unit was always hassle-free. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs storage.

The storage facility was great and the people are wonderful! Had my storage unit for 7 plus years. The problem is the company was bought out and the cost went up so much it wasn’t worth keeping the unit.

I've had storage from guardian for years alone comes prime storage takes away 24-hour access then starts to price gouges for rent now before Christmas they charge me $100 increase have no shame ask them to lower they said they only are going to take $10 off like that's really doing me a favor and I'm a military recipient so much for loyalty towards a customer from military and I notice they're offering free rent to people for the first month and $100 gift card from Amazon for referring someone . There's people don't mind taking advantage of their tenants who rent from them they are also using guardian reviews for their own instead of using their own reviews as prime nice people and they don't have competitive rates they lie to make themselves look they are honest people it's okay their customers see their lies with their price gouging ways and what storage building increases someone's rent by $100 and think that's okay there is no storage company that does to their customers... By the way never got a
phone call from the boss who keep lying to their staff they would call...
