The employees in there are nice, but they should really be more knowledgeable about what they sell. Person in there had no idea what they were selling me, recommended a device without ever having used it and I couldn't get a single hit off it after charging no matter the temp, after trying several different packing methods, etc. Now I'm out 50 dollars because of their no return policy after buying something that doesn't.

Stay away. Scam and morally absent clerk. Sold me a dead $100+ vape. NO REFUNDS, NO PHONES is the kicker. Went in for a portable dry herb vaporizer. The clerk had to "test" it before he sold it to me, of which he did, literally laying on the ground blocking my ability to see him test it. This man laid on the floor for around 10 minutes fiddling with the vaporizer, which should have been my first red flag. He told me it was working properly and sold it to me. Guess who received a "portable" vaporizer of which the battery did not hold a charge for even a second, and that series of vaporizer had discontinued their production of batteries. Thanks Happy Habits, I'll be going to Preet or any of the other places in the area for this stunt that was pulled on me. Have advised others to not support this place.

The woman that works here was so rude, unfriendly and not helpful...they had the vape accessories that I needed, but simply because of her I refused to give them money..and it seems I'm not the only one. All the locals know that Happy Habits has the most unwelcoming vape shops in the area. There are so many better vape shops in the area, save your money and time!!

Bummed to be writing this as I love some of their products, but after being sold a BROKEN item and promptly calling/going to the store I was told there’s “nothing they can do” because of their return policy. I paid money...for a broken item....and they couldn’t do anything to help me?! The teen who helped me when I returned to the store charged it and tried to tell me that’s all that was wrong, despite fully charging it the night before. I’m not new to vaping. The vape turns on, charges, but when a cartridge is connected the lights just blink meaning THERE IS MOST LIKELY A SHORT CIRCUIT IN THE VAPE. I’d never give this company my money again, I’ll take the drive to goshen to the very friendly/ethical Kosmic Korner.

I have been going to Happy habits for quite a while. Their stores are clean and welcoming. Their staff know about the products they sell. Great if your new to vaping and other things.

Horrible attitudes, no signs indicating they don't do returns or exchanges. No receipts. Sales people literally don't even let you get a foot in the door with out screaming YoU hAvE iD??? Prices are jacked up for no reason. Will never bring any business here AGAIN. There are so many other vape shops that have much better prices and better attitudes:))

Okay, young lady, you WORK here, I am the customer. I suggest just a bit of effort and the slightest hint of some creative semantics. I want to buy something, not play the old TV show 'The Price is right ! I get it that you are not supposed to be selling flavored e-juice, it seems you have not figured this out. I walked, I said hello and inquired about a coffee flavored 0 mg juice. Sounds lovely, I`ll take this one. how much ? I was met with.... That is FREE ! if you purchase another qualified product. Okay I got ya, (I am not as stupid as I look) but after directly asking in THREE ways that would allow the young lady to communicate the price of the product I was interested in... she fell back to the default. "That is free with the purchase of a qualifying product." Strike out. See ya, hate to be ya! I have got better things to do, and with Yolo Vape, right up the road, (2 miles north on the southbound side of Rt 9) Where I have been a steady customer since I moved into the area. (But figured I would give you folks a shot at my business, as you are actually closer to my house.) From the other reviews I have seen and my personal experience of your service and my experience with other vape shops in the area... I leave it to you if you want to be in this business for an extended period of time.

i went to shop today with a coupon i received in the mail for cbd flower .. $20 off 1/2 oz .. right on the coupon it read '' 4 per costumer. the girl said she could only sell me one per day ,, told me to come back in 24 hours she could sell me another ,, a guy handed me another coupon that did not have 4 per customer printed on it ,, but the girl said she had to keep the coupon that i brought in ,,for what ever stupid reason she gave me.. i see this as false advertising ,, but on their web site i can order as many as i want for the same $20 off ,, total BS ,, i am not running back to the store 3 more times to get the amount i want .. will be looking elsewhere from now on to buy my flower ,,, you should to ... BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE FOR SURE
