I called Healey Kia to get a price quote, the same way I’ve done every time I buy a car. Instead of helping, the salesperson Nick who called me back was extremely rude. He told me they “know I’ve been calling around since 2018” and basically implied I would just take their quote to another dealership.
I explained that I’m always transparent and simply shop around for the best price—any customer has the right to do that. It’s not my fault they never have competitive pricing. The salesperson then hung up on me.
This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would never recommend Healey Kia.

Where do I even begin!
When the 2026 Sportage came out, I immediately fell in love with that car. After a life changing event, I needed a new vehicle but wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the car.
I explained my situation to Krissy as well as my budget. She was able to get me the vehicle and more within my budget!
I am amazed at her customer service since the beginning of this process. The way she explained everything in detail, eased my anxiety/nerves, worked with me for hours until I was satisfied - she definitely went above & beyond!
For anyone looking for a Kia, look no further than Healey Kia with Krissy. 🫶🏻

Pattern of poor communication and broken promises – avoid this dealership.
Over two weeks, I tried to purchase two Certified Kia Tellurides from Healey Kia.
• The first time, we agreed on price but the salesperson stopped responding entirely, and the car was sold without notice.
• The second time, the sales manager confirmed over the phone that the car would be held overnight while I finalized insurance. They promised to extend the hold once insurance was added the next morning. Instead, I woke up to an email stating the car had been sold overnight.
This pattern shows a lack of integrity and respect for customers’ time. I had insurance, trade-in, and financing arrangements ready. If you expect a dealer to honor their word, look elsewhere.

Well there was the first time for everything. For me it is giving a good review to a car dealership.
Let me just say they earned it. It was the best experience of buying a new car I have ever had. My excellent salesperson Randy was so helpful and listened to my concerns and many questions. No unexpected extra fees added on except for what is required and expected, fee's wise. Prep, doc charges and taxes. They were very friendly and patient with all the questions that I had. I will definitely be returning in the future. You guys have earned your reputation. Good job.

was told fix check engine light then bring it back for the inspection did not want to fix car 49000 miles. stay away from this place. had to leave car at shop in town to be fixed. wont even leave one star for this place! these people are lazy scammers. stay away! Cost 4000 fix wise guys don't do business with them 2022 Kia soul
