Honest, easy, and fast! Took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in to sell. Honestly I expected the worst; lowballing, haggling, hard sell, and multiple conversations. NONE of that happened! From the time I walked in it took 21 minutes for them to look the Jeep over and offer me a fair price. Not expecting this level of service I left the title and spare key at home. Came back 4 days later with everything; no price change, no games, no hassle. 27 minutes later, check in hand, I walked out. Thank you Mike, Justin, Jason, and the lady from internet sales (I forgot to write your name down..awesome follow up).

Service Dept was not very helpful when I towed my car there.They took 3 days to diagnose the issue AND tried to charge me 600 for a 200 dollar part.The explanation was that i am not on their service plan.This is after buying 4 cars from them!! They put me in the back ,and gave me the old "skeleton crew" excuse.Never again,Healey is an enormous auto seller and could have treated me way better,they did offer a free oil change ! Sam Abraham is the best salesman in the world. He helped me out so much I only bought because of him!! He is the best salesperson I met if you want to buy a car ask for him he is great what a wonderful person he understand everything I need and want and did it god bless him

If I can prevent one person from being scammed by this dealership it will make this post worth it. This is the most unethical, dishonest, slimy group of people I've ever dealt with. From the top down, they are grifters and clowns. If you want details, message me and I will give details.

The short version is that my experience with Hudson Valley Jeep was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend you see Sam Abraham. When you arrive to Sam‘s desk, you will see that it is littered with awards for customer service. This is no surprise as he has taken customer service to a new level. Just in good practice I always get three prices before I buy a vehicle. His was the best out of the gate no negotiating necessary. We purchased a new 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Not only did he provide the best price for that vehicle but he gave me the highest trade-in allowance, for my 2020 Lincoln navigator, of all three dealerships. When you combine this with his super friendly staff who were all very accommodating to my wife and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a vehicle again. It’s times like this that you wish you could give a higher rating than five stars.

Very poor service. Booked an appointment a week prior to get transmission flushed. My information was never put in the system. On check in, never got asked my name or greeted. Worker was just like “KEYS”, then when once the worker came back inside he’s like why do you want this servicing, I answered as I did the week prior when making my appointment and advice they asked me all this when I made my appointment. He never once tried looking me up on the system. As he like your al l set what’s your best number to reach you at, and I was like I’ll be in the waiting room, he mumbled “That guy” but loud enough to be heard, forty minutes later my vehicle was still never taken in. As I went to collect me keys to say I can’t wait any longer. Same worker thought it was a joke. As I told him how poor his service was he laughed. Asked to speak with the service manager. Who turned out to be the one getting my keys for the service office. I told him what happened, he was like “I didn’t witness any of it. Come back another time” I will never be going back l. I’ll drive further for better service. Then when I returned to my vehicle I found my trunk was open and don’t know why they even needed to go on there

I just wanted to give a shout out to every employee I had an interaction with today. I had to get an oil change, tire rotation, etc. The gentleman at the service and parts desk was so wonderful and kind with helping me out for what I needed. The waiting room was great since I had my little one with me. I saw employees just being so wonderful letting people know they have a bunch of treats/drinks available if you want. The lady at the cashier was so sweet. When I was leaving another gentleman saw we were ready to leave and opened the door politely. It was just great to see a work space with employees that really care and show great customer service. I hope you all have a wonderful day!

We purchase a new Grand Cherokee Ltd vehicle every 3-4 years as the vehicle of choice to pull our equipment trailer and transport our technicians every week. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from the Jeep dealership location, and the third ownership group! It is with sincere pleasure that i would like to acknowledge Armond DiPaolo for his truly exceptional knowledge of the products he sells as well as his patience to help one understand the very many questions we riddled him with on the necessity or “value” of the seemingly never ending “options” list! Our “new build factory order” did take quite some time (5 months) to be delivered, however, Armond regularly checked in to let us know the status of where the vehicle was in its design and building phases right up to the text saying “your new Jeep will be here on FEB 15th!”I would highly recommend you ask for Armond personally when visiting HVDJR to help guide you through your new vehicle purchase! I just bought a new ram 2500 from Ed and cannot say enough good things about him and the process. I ended up having to order the truck and while building the truck with Ed, he took his time to go over everything and I explained the whole process thoroughly. He kept me up to date on the process of the truck being built and when the time came to pick it up, it went very smoothly. I would recommend Ed to anyone looking for a vehicle

Horrible place to do business! I would advise that you steer clear of this dealership. They lie and do not conduct business in an ethical manner. If you are looking to buy a Dodge, there are plenty of other dealerships around....don't waste your time here!

The first time I came here I was on a motorcycle. When I parked, I was immediately approached and asked why I was there. Not in a friendly manner, more so like "who the hell are you". I brushed it off. They then offered me a lowball price on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler (thankfully I sold elsewhere). I was trying to lease a vehicle, found one I liked, payment option looked good, etc. Came back a day later to find them saying I didn't qualify for leasing said vehicle. But instead I could buy a different one. I hesitantly said yes due to the fact they said the monthly payments would be the same. Fast forward to the accounting portion, turns out the monthly payments were twice as much. They didn't even warn me prior. Make sure you go over every single line. They will assume you're stupid and will sound condescending when explaining your paperwork. Again, double check because they will toss in additional fees here and there for add ons that don't even make sense. If you try speaking to them after your appointment, they'll treat you like a leper. Sort of like they're the high school bully from some 80s movie that you can't help but want to punch. Not to mention the check engine light for the vehicle I purchased came on within 2 hours of driving it.

only giving this 1 star because you have to give something. One of our trucks was brought in for an ignition problem. While it was there, they fixed a recall with the studs. When they put the tires on, they did not tighten up the lug nuts. A week later it was discovered that 7 out of 10 had sheared off . This is a VERY dangerous situation! When they were called, we were told by the service manager, they would send a tow truck (at their expense) to bring the truck in. The next day the service manager called and said he thinks we had new tires put on and the people at the tire place must not have tightened the lug nuts and now we will have to pay the tow bill. This is absolutely untrue and clearly a cover up for the shoddy work done by his employee! This service dept put our employees life in danger and now are trying to cover up the mistake of their employee! We have used this service dept for years but there is now no trust! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPT! YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT!
