Pat,Naomi and the crew at Caliber collision were fantastic from start to finish. They made the stressful process so easy. They were very communicative throughout. My car was fix in a timely fashion and the repairs are perfect! You’d never know I was rear ended. I highly recommend Caliber collision of Newburgh.

I’m so happy with the services at caliber collision! After someone rear ended my car I was stressed out and as soon as I spoke to the people at caliber collision I knew I was in good hands. They kept me up to date with my car, parts being delivered, paint, and delivery. I did not have to call them time after time for updates on my car and they got it done in a timely manner! Not to mention, my car looked as good as new! Oscar and Scott were very helpful throughout this process and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Just picked up my Lexus from Caliber Collision in Newburgh, NY, who was recommended to me by my insurer, GEICO. Pat Calnan (service advisor) and his crew did an amazing job replacing my rear bumper and tail light after a rear-end collision. They were friendly, efficient, very fast, and returned my car looking great! Pat is extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process- (which can be stressful and daunting for someone with very few accident claims)- very simply, taking a lot of stress out of the situation. I was able to make quick appointments for the inspection and drop-off and they even have rental car pick-up and drop-off at their location with car rental companies in the area, which is SO CONVENIENT. Heaven forbid I ever need collision work done on either of our cars in the future, I will not hesitate to have them take care of everything! The best part...their work is guaranteed for as long as I own my vehicle, by the 1,800 Caliber locations nationwide! I can't recommend them enough- THANK YOU, Pat, Naomi, and the entire crew at Caliber - Newburgh!

These guys are top notch, not only was my car fixed correctly, It was done on time. The workmanship is impeccable. You can’t even see where the accident occurred. I highly recommend this place. I had my car repaired in just a few days which was a major surprise... perfect job and my car looked like I just bought it due to the complete cleaning of my vehicle.... inside and out. Staff was amazing and helpful. I will go to no other shop in the future if I ever have an accident (hopefully not lol) except Caliber Collision. I hear Tina Turner singing..."Simply the Best" Thank you Caliber Collision!
