I brought my computer in because it was shutting off, the battery was having issues and my shift keys did not work. It took them almost two months to do anything with the computer. They didn't fix anything that I brought the computer in for. Just installed a new hard drive. When I told them about my shift keys still not working I was told that I could just use the on screen keyboard setting and that they would order a new keyboard. I never heard back from them. So, basically they fixed nothing that I asked them to. Installed a new hard drive that is questionable that was even needed. I am very dissatisfied with this service. When I try and call them they do not answer the phone.

Paid 200 to get the charging port of my gaming laptop fixed . 2 weeks later laptop won’t charge at all …….. going to have to spend money getting it fixed again but taking it elsewhere this is rediculous.
