There’s no way this store has a manager. There’s no music on, but there IS a loud beeping sound on repeat coming from the front of the store, which the clerk said you get used to, like at Wendy’s.
None of the employees seem to be properly trained, piling ceramic pots one on top of another in a shopping bag so they break on the way home.
Merchandise is on the floor being sold out of cardboard boxes instead of put out correctly.
Two stars for having a ton of stuff though, a shame it’s so poorly run.

Linda the changing room associate is great!! she takes care of me and my mom everytime we come in and make sure we are able to leave with what fits us best and what works best for us and provides suggestions for us when we get a bit hopeless. thank you Linda keep being great!!

love this place! amazing deals and incredible how you always walk in and find something you were looking for/have wanted for some time. despite it almost always being busy, the employees manage to upkeep the store, so kudos on maintaining the store shoppable :) the only downside here is that there is typically a pretty long line, it takes some time to get to the register but well worth the wait
