This company was supposed to ship a puppy to me. After the transaction had been paid for by the seller the company then wanted me to pay three times as much as the puppy originally cost for refundable shipping insurance. The man who I was dealing with told me he was the only one available on the floor that day and I could not speak to anyone else in the company--just send the money. I told him I wanted to see the company paperwork they requested this since the seller was unaware of this apparent requirement He told me I had to send the money before I could see the paperwork so obviously this is a scam. I spent most of the day trying to deal with this man and trying to find someone else in the company to talk to but I could never get transferred over because he was using his personal cell phone. He told me I needed to send the money through Western Union but did not give me any person or address to ship it to. Then he not only refused to Send a copy of the blank paperwork, he actually began texting me at 3:30 in the morning that evening to harass me again. Shipper is telling me that he will not refund her shipping payment. I believe this man was trying to get money on his own from unsuspecting people Beware.
