ZERO STARS - I was a customer of this credit union for about 10 or more years. Over the years I had nothing but one problem after another with a variety of banking transactions. I finally stopped using this account but left it open. Low and behold, I now cannot access the funds that are innthe account. This is hands down the WORST financial institution I have ever dealt with. Their banking protocols should be investigated by the attorney general's office!

They are not friendly people who are in the front, I am Hispanic, I went to pay my credit card there and the lady who is in front greets me, serving with a negative attitude, it seems unprofessional.

I like this bank every one of Staff are friendly and helpful. They have Personal Tellers inside the bank and outside at the Drive-Thru. They have Manager named Ryan very friendly and helpful inside the bank and Eugene who is Newburgh Branch Manager. They have inside ATM also. I like the Branch Headquarters they are very good to their Members. When you make your payments on time and never late they recognize you with an Incentive. Like lowering your interest on your purchases for 6 months to 5.99. They send you Recognition letters that means a lot to a Member that they Acknowledge your efforts to make sure your payments you have with them are paid on time. I am happy I chose this bank and have been with them since February 17, 2016. They are located on NY - Rte 300 (Union Ave). Their Office Hrs 8:30am - 6pmMonday - Friday. Saturday 8:30am till2pm Closed Sunday.Right behind the Bank there is other stores to shop in like PetSmart, Kohl's ànd a shortcut right into Adam's Fair Acre Farm Grocery store. Went there for used car loan and spoke to Gerald Bell (“Jerry”) - he is the absolute best!The vehicle I was purchasing was in a different state, and unfortunately when I got there the original vehicle was not as expected. Luckily, the dealership had another vehicle that I was interested in, so I ended up needing to switch my loan to that vehicle and Jerry was able to make it happen for me that same day despite everyone else saying it wasn’t possible! I ended up leaving with the vehicle of my dreams, all thanks to Jerry!By far the best person I ever have dealt with at any bank! Highly recommend him and Mid Hudson Valley Bank.
