My family has had a total of 7 Hondas in the last 15 years. My first 2 were at Middletown. This last one was at Newburgh. The sales person Suzette was great. The service there is the worse. Last year my car was there for 3 months waiting for a part on back order (not their fault) when I picked it up it was filthy with one of the metal parts still in my back seat. When I asked them to wash my car Wow, you would have thought I asked for blood. Service Manager said they don’t wash cars there(of course they do how do you give a new customer their car) I had to beg. After just buying the car there 4 months prior. Fast forward to today for my oil change. I’m given a stub and told to wait, 2 1/2 hours later, I ask about the status of my car. Know one had touched it. Now if there’s a car in the service area sitting there for 2 hours are they just staring at it or wonder why it’s back there? The original guy apologized that he didn’t tell me to talk to a service manager, but the service guy seemed almost annoyed that I was annoyed. He never apologized for any inconvenience. After 3 hours he said it’s going in now, by that time I had a doctors appointment. I promised myself I wouldn’t go back there after last year, but now I will pay for an oil change before I ever step foot in that place. My 4th Honda will be from somewhere else.

Excellent visit today. Dealership had a great selection of new and used vehicles to choose from. Everybody there was very nice and helpful.

Morehead Honda is a Fabulous dealership to do business with. The customer service from the service dept, sales and finance departments was such a great experience. I felt like I was part of the Morehead Family !!

We had a very good experience with Morehead Honda, just as the last time a few years ago. Frank Quinones is one of the reasons why we came back to Morehead. He is very professional, helpful and it is a pleasure to work with him.

Great experience at Morehead Honda...from the direct and upfront pricing given by Joey to the final paperwork done by their sales manager. Everything went smoothly with no hidden charges. Very friendly and professional....highly recommend them!

I recently purchased a new vehicle form this dealer. My sales associate Alex was pleasant and knowledgeable and made the shopping experience a good one. i would have given 5 stars if not for a mix-up in pricing that didn't come up until the last minute..While a little disconcerting, the issue was resolved and purchase completed.

Firstly my husband and I PURCHASED our car here and they told us if we needed anything for it, to just go. So that's what we did. We told them our tire situation and they assured us they'd work on it. When we went to get our car they completely ignored our initial inquiry about the tire and charged me for a service that was completely unnecessary. And then had the audacity to push us away and say "Well we can't help you". The most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I'd give them 0 stars but that's not possible, they don't even deserve the 1.

These guys have taken a lot of our time and money and our car now has more problems than when we first brought it in.
We initially went in because we had a sliding door on our Odyssey that wouldn't close properly, we took it to the dealer since we wanted it fixed correctly, OOPS. When I dropped off the car they said it would take 2 days tops to fix, which was good since we were leaving for vacation in 3 days (road trip to IL). Fast forward to the night before we leave, and they tell us it will actually take 2 weeks to fix, awesome.
They were able to get the door to close, but now every time we open it, it bounces back and tries to close and won't stay open. They said they could fix the door not staying open, but it would be about $1,463. In their work to "fix" the door they broke a zipper on one of the middle row seats.
They suggested we change the air filter while we were in there, we stupidly agreed. Now every time we turn the AC on it sounds like a jet is taking off inside our car.
When we called to complain about the new issues they initially said they didn't touch the air filter, and then later agreed that they had when we asked why we paid for an air filter replacement. When we mentioned the destroyed zipper on the seat, they said "you just need to zip it up, if you cant do that bring it in and we can do it for you." We brought the car back in 2 weeks later (first available appointment when the "master tech" will be in) and they said they could fix both issues in about 30 min, so my wife brought the kids. After being there 3 hours they said they couldn't fix the zipper issue because their interior guy doesn't work that day AND the loud AC issue is completely unrelated to the work they did, it was another issue that they could fix, but it would cost us $500.
So somehow, we brought the car in and gave them $1,421 to fix an issue, and now we have an additional $2,000 worth of issues on our car, AMAZING JOB GUYS!!

MY HUSBAND WENT THERE TO CHANGE 4 TIRES LAST YEAR 2023 OCTOBER. AFTER THEY CHANGED TIRE, EVERY WEEK I HAVE TO FILL TIRE PRESSURE ALL 3 TIRES. ONE TIRE IS FINE. I COMPLAINT THEM TWO TIMES ABOUT THIS. THE LADY WORK THERE TOLD ME THAT THIS IS NORMAL THING BECAUSE OF WINTER. NOW THIS IS SUMMER, EVERY WEEK I AM FILLING TIRE PRESSURE. WHAT A SITUATION. AND LAST TIME, I WENT THEIR FOR CHANGING ENGINE AIR COOLANT AND THEY FORGOT TO CLOSE MY AIR COOLANT RESERVIOR. CARELESS JOB. WHEN I REACH HOME I FOUND THAT. I INFORM TO JACQUELINE WHO WAS TAKING CARE OF ME. NO USE. I DID NOT COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER FACILITY SERVICES BECAUSE MY HUSBAND TOLD ME, DON'T DO THAT.
