Misrepresented pricing, then try to keep my car for 6 hours. Rush cleaned my car then left it's steaming in a compromising situation. Would NOT recommend this service for those who actually care about their time, money and car.

I had a great experience at Car Wash Spa thanks to Hailey. She was extremely helpful in guiding me to the right car wash for my needs. She was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable about what each wash included and how it would benefit my car. She was so nice that I ended up bringing my husband’s car back the same day for both an oil change and a car wash. It’s refreshing to have someone take the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. Hailey’s excellent customer service really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My neighbor’s pine tree did a job on my car (windows and bodywork) by dripping tree sap over all of it. My car now looks like new.

Car was clean, however noticed that one of my belongings is missing from the trunk. A blue and black accordion stool from Amazon which I desperately need as a senior.

I had to get my Exhaust pipe replaced and Edgar worked on my car, his work was flawless. My car went from having a loud noise to sounding and driving like brand new, he showed me before and after pictures throughout the process to show me exactly what he was doing and why, even explaining why there were additional screws he had to change for my safety in driving it in the future bc of oxidation. The front desk was also very helpful, I had forgotten to bring my charger and when I asked to see if they had one, she let me borrow it. Extremely nice and very informative on the pricing. Also filled out a survey for a free car wash! Interior and exterior! They were amazing! My car felt brand new and looked it! Very recommendable shop!

In my opinion, Newburgh Auto Spa is the best car wash around!
Other car washes do not fully dry your car fully causing streaks as soon as you drive away. Newburgh Auto Spa always does a complete job.
