I have been an out of town customer for years and was recently treated in a very disrespectful and degrading manner. I asked a simple question about one of the new products, and instead of receiving a helpful or respectful response, I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude.
The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I will not be returning, and I urge management to reconsider how they treat people who walk into their business establishment. There are plenty of other liquor stores in the area within a mile of this location value their customers.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff at Payless Wine & Liquor were disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. No one greeted me, and when I asked a simple question, I was met with attitude like I was bothering them. It’s clear customer service is not a priority here. I’ll never give this place another dollar, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic decency. Take your business elsewhere they don’t deserve it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Payless Wine & Liquor was disappointing enough to warrant one. The customer service was well below acceptable standards. The staff was not only unhelpful but also noticeably rude when I asked a few simple questions about their selection. Rather than assisting, they seemed irritated by my presence, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
There are plenty of liquor stores in the area that understand the value of treating customers with basic courtesy—unfortunately, Payless Wine & Liquor is not one of them. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this location to others who expect respectful and professional service.

The gentleman behind the counter was extremely disrespectful. He was not helpful in anyway. As a cash paying customer, I expected better customer service than what I experienced. I will not be going back to that liquor store, nor will I recommend it to others.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Payless Wine & Liquor. I had a very poor customer experience that left a lasting negative impression. Not only was the staff dismissive and unhelpful, but my guest was also insulted during the visit — completely uncalled for and unacceptable behavior. As a paying customer, I expect at the very least to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values decent customer service.

The store is well stocked. The customer experience is always pleasant. There's parking for convenience. I recommend this place if you're in a pinch searching for a liquor store.

I’ve been shopping here for years. Huge selection and reasonable prices. The owner and staff are super friendly and always have great recommendations! Definitely my favorite liquor store in the area.

An all-around great store! Wide selection of wines and spirits at competitive prices. Courteous, attentive and knowledgeable staff. I conducted a Jack Daniel's tasting event there recently. I had a great time interacting with their customers, and enjoyed their friendly and hospitable staff. I hope to conduct more events there in the near future!
