Always have a horrible experience here, every tech has been very bad at collecting blood this time they had blood shooting out the needle and left a huge painful mark on my arm

Many Quest locations are now, without notification or forewarning, requiring and running customer credit cards during lab appointments. This one is no exception. No information on website, when making appointment, or at the kiosk check in to expect this. I contacted my insurance company immediately after leaving my appointment to notify them: they said a number of customers have reported this from Quest and that they agree it is suspect and unprofessional (my labs are covered at 100% by my insurance at Quest).
In addition, this location is dirty, the entrance is poorly marked, people who work there have an attitude and, since all phone calls are automated, there is no ability to check that lab orders were received before appointment. Only pro was that my appointment was prompt.

I have to start off by saying, by appointment or walk in, these ladies are amazing. Lisa has always been able to get blood from me when in the past Noone would be able on the first stick. Lisa never once the years I have been going to her for my kids and myself was not one time she was not able to get my blood and she neverrrr left bruises. I give these ladies that work there 100 stars. Thank you Lisa for always making me feel comfortable in your chair with no anxiety. I could never stop thanking you enough.!!!!

Everything went nice a nd smooth and the blood draw was quick and easy with no bruising after. The only thing I don't like is that there is nobody in the waiting room and you have to just wait for them to open the door and call you.

I usually require a butterfly when drawing blood. The tech told me they were out and were expecting a delivery that morning. I was a bit skeptical of her being able to get it on the first shot with a straight needle. She talked about it feeling gushy and she had to get the right angle and ... she did it! I could have hugged her! Thank you, Bridget.

I went to Quest on Friday, May 3. I was a walk-in. I checked in. The device indicated that there would be a 30-40 minute wait as a walk in. I waited for ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES. A total of 6 people were seen during that time. The board indicated the number of people that were being seen (around three each time). I sat in the waiting room by myself for most of the time.
One of the patients who was waiting with her grandson told the phlebotomist as she was called that I had been waiting a long time. There was no response.
I knocked on the door after waiting for one hour and 20 minutes - with NO ONE in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes to ask to use the bathroom.
One of the employees came to the door and asked who had knocked at the door - when I was the only one there.
I indicated that I had been waiting for one hour and twenty minutes and had not been called and that need to use the bathroom.
She informed me that you do NOT take walk-ins, you only see patients with an appointment.
However, when I checked in, it indicated that I was on the waiting list and that I should be seen in 30-40 minutes.
Your employees are locked up inside the different rooms. They come to the door, call a name and wait for that patient.
NO ONE ever comes out.
If you do not take walk ins, why is it an option? Why does the system indicate that you are on a waiting list? Why does it give you an estimated time for your wait.
Why are your employees locked up?
Why don't they monitor the queue?

Bridget my phlebotomist deserves 10 stars. This place is very nice easy to access fast and they don’t waste your time they accept walk in. I registered at the kiosk and few minutes later I was served. Please if you have all your paperwork ready then you will get 20 stars service . Don’t look for the negative reviews all the negative reviews because their papers are not ready. Thanks Bridget
