First time i came here Most of the employees here had attitudes.. very unpleasant vibe. Rude and unhappy employees. Dull and dirty waiting room. Things seem better now.

These people should be shut down. What an absolute joke of an establishment. I’m going here because I need to give blood, not because I want to. I made an appointment for 2:45 and was 5 minutes late but they decided they wanted to close early for the day so I drove 30 min for nothing and now have to wait another day and drive all the way back. This place should be condemned

I can’t speak for anyone else but my experience here was amazing, I have been really anxious about getting my blood drawn but it was easy to schedule, easy to check in, they got me in fast and Bianca was so sweet and got my vein right away, this helped ease my anxiety for my next visit! Thanks Bianca!

I went there at 6:30 a.m. the woman stated to me that now it's required to have an appointment and the early appointment available was 9:30 a.m. get on the website it doesn't say appointment required very unprofessional and poor customer care

My wife has been going to Quest for years. This complaint is not about this particular location. Last May she had lab tests and everything was great. In November, when she went for her next appt. she was told we owe $1562.38. Interesting as I never received any notice. My insurance hadn't changed. They let her get her labs in November. It has apparently been paid. The phlebotomist requested that they resubmit the bill and once again I heard nothing. They would not let her get her blood test this past Saturday due to the outstanding bill. Impossible to get ahold of. Now it is in collections. I got in touch with them in November and requested they resubmit the billing. Once. again, nothing changed on my side. All insurance is the same. Novembers bill got paid. Quest in Newburgh is Great. Quest as a whole is a Hoover.

No one would answer phone after five minutes. Recording says to go online. Went online and it would not accept my insurance number. HUGE waste of time. My script was also sent to me via email. After reading the review below....I'm done.

The woman Lisa is extremely unprofessional she had me wait over an hour for a drug screening and then tells me after the waiting period that they don’t have part of the test I had then asked for a supervisors number and she began to raise her voice at me and then gave me an incorrect number and went thru my patient file and called me off her personal phone which I believe is a violation of hipa laws!!! Would never go back because of tHis experience please hire more professional individuals

Didn't have high expectations but this unprofessional staff is rude, nasty & ratchet! Management needs to be held responsible for fostering an environment in which employees feel confident in their brazen disrespect for clients.

Worst place ever!!!Unprofessional and rude. Scheduled an appointment but needed RX faxed as they did not accept the email order. Three faxes were sent, all were confirmed. After an hour I heard someone say the scanner was down but when I asked why it was taking so long I was rudely dismissed and the reply was " Sometimes it does" Even my doctors office agreed 1.5 hours later that this was ridiculous. I left.

While the one woman was polite and professional. Someone else came from the back loudly demanding we put on masks. (OK cool but what happened to professionalism? ) I'm guessing this woman doesn't understand the concept your a representative of the company.
