*** Never got a phone call back like I was told I would in regards to this issue. Andrew Delvalle is the account this is under. Also, never do business with this place. They'll show up to your house demanding payment when it was already done 3 hours prior to them showing up at my house.I've done MANY agreements with this branch but this last one has sealed the deal of me ever continuing business with them (my fiance & I have had an account- never past due, since 2018, had in total 7 agreements in the past)DO NOT PUT ANY CARD ON FILE WITH THEM AS IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU HAVE AUTO PAY OR NOT, THEY JUST CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT.This is against the electronic transfer funds act!Called the manager and all they can say is "the credit manager handles that" OK that's great! What if I was going to make a cash payment today? Didn't even give me time to make my own payment and charged me a 1.99 to process the illegal charge .Absolutely horrible establishment & I wish I did my business with the one on 17k

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Don’t recommend this location at all. Whatever good reviews you see about this place are inside people trying to make the store look good!!! The “Manager” Joseline is a TERRIBLE LIAR and doesn’t remember anything. (I guess making marijuana legal was a benefit to her) she doesn’t call before trying to take money from your account but will LIE and say she did !!!! This store needs more professional employees but more so a more professional MANAGER!!!

Horrible Horrible HorribleTried renting from them scheduled for delivery they never showed never called nothing. Finally 3 days later they tried calling me while I'm working and ended up texting instead to a dead end tried calling management on agreed day and twice I called the store phone just kept on ringing and ringing. What a business huh? It's been another 5 days since then and they have yet to reach out. Again Horrible experience. They can keep their product since they don't want to deliver on the promise and I will take my money elsewhere my advice is DONT DEAL WITH RENT A CENTER

Worst experience with them. Brought a couch set and dinette set with no problems. Paid out early as I always do with my rentals. Came back and brought a fireplace/ entertainment center which was poorly assembled and yet still paid off early after only two weeks of having it. Store manager gave me my receipt and signed that the cash price was paid. He committed fraud and rent a center was calling me to pay more money. Showed the new store manager my paperwork and he stated yes here’s another victim. He stated that the previous store manager did that because it would hurt his sales for the day or week. As though is a reason to commit fraud. After three weeks they finally get it set and cleared up in their system. I go back to by a bunk bed. Bed arrived and missing bolts and screws. Top bunk is so unstable I’m scared for my son to even sleep on it. Evan came back and got some of the hardware installed. Hats off to Even. I went back to buy a table set to try and give them another chance. Mind you I had just brought one two months back but I wanted this amazing one I seen in the store. Table set arrives two days late because the store manager refused to deliver when they told me they were going to.( See the customer service here, District manager has yet to call me back) Mind you missing work and money. Then they only send Evan on out. So I paid for a service and I’m moving and assembling my furniture with the Evan. Missing hardware again. Chair cracks as I sit in it and then I turn them all over and guess what? Missing 12 screws in all the chairs. Call and make a complaint and Evan comes back out. All the hardware is different sizes. He screws in the bolt at the bottom of the table and it comes through the top of the table. Ruined my new set. No chairs have all screws. They call me after only having the table in my apartment for three days stating that the payment is late. I walked in on Wednesday as Evan apologized because he knew they messed up and paid off my damaged and raggedy table set. I will be going to Shapiro’s where my dollar is valued and appreciated. Horrible store manager and District manager as well for not following up with a valued customer.

Worst place ever made me put money on my card waste my time for two hours just for him to say it has to be a credit card to get a rental car not a debit
