They help us each week with our water sample for the hot tub. They give us good directions on what to do and it works. We didn't get our tub from them and they still help us each week I love them.

Stay away from this company. It’s hard to find a good pool company in peak season (as this is a seasonal business), and they will have availability because they’re the worst. But don’t get sucked in.

We had an above ground pool installed this summer by Royal Pools & Spas. From our first meeting with Jason, site inspections by Matt and Ludwig, through the final day of installation with Carlos and his crew, we found everyone at Royal Pools & Spas to be professional, knowledgable, and top notch. Special shoutout to manager Honey C. for her frequent updates and communication about the timing of our installation. Everything was smoothly handled and we would highly recommend engaging Royal Pools and Spa for swimming pool installations!
