The worst experience at this location, the guy, Michael, that took care of us, didn't have no respect for us. We had a problem with the phone and he acted like it was our problem, after we paid him. That's not good business..If you are getting a Apple product, go to the actual store.

Went in with a friend who was in the market for new phone. The service was great. They managed to come up with a plan that beat her current one and she upgraded her phone so no complaints

Jorge was a big help for my mother and myself. We had issues with our phones with no mobile data and he fixed both our issues while helping other customers in the process. Thats what i call Great Customer Service ?

I had to come into this location three different times this month for an issue/help. From the first time (Belen/Dayquan) when I was in crisis mode...they showed me empathy by letting me in 10 mins before closing and giving me a full 45 minute service after hours without acting put out at any time or ever asking me to come back. (They'll never know how much it meant to me). My second time in, Sam and Taz took their time explaining some options to me several times in terms I could understand and with a smile. The next time I came in Dayquan remembered me after three weeks and was so patient with an upset elderly customer who came in at the same time all while still chatting with me, explaining some terms and having a trainee! So friendly and knowledgeable! I never wait too long and they always greet everyone right away. I see the improvement at this location with such personable staff. Thank you.

Yesterday (08-15-23) my phone was having issues with accessibility and I went to the T-Mobile store on 1217 Union Avenue Newburgh NY (around 4:30 pm) and the customer service representative there named Nesto fixed my phone for me and got it working again perfectly. (Thank you greatly, Nesto!). Nesto was very kind, caring and he fixed my phone for me within minutes. I highly recommend Nesto. I have been a T-Mobile customer since August 2003 - twenty years. I have had the T-Mobile Revvl+ phone since November 2019 and somehow it's recently gotten itself accidentally switched on to the"Talk Back" mode twice this week when I took my phone out of my pants pocket. When my phone is in the "Talk Back" mode, it's not letting me access the "Settings" to switch the "Talk Back" feature off and it wouldn't let me send a text message or make a phone call or anything. This whole "Talk Back" mode scenario is traumatizing and annoying because my phone keeps talking and announcing the day, date and time, over and over again and it won't allow me to use my phone and somehow it turned its volume up to 500! I'm sincerely grateful to Nesto that he was able to fix my phone. Nesto, thank you very very much again for fixing my phone - excellent customer service, Nesto!

For a company that is "customer crazed, employee focused", this store isn't it. My wife and I came to this store as I figured a physical location would be more welcome, uncomplicated, and inviting than trying to switch carriers online but I was sorely mistaken. Upon walking in I was met by Krista who is abrupt, abrasive, and rude. After asking why I was there and being told that I was interested in switching based off the prices at ATT, she just started writing numbers down on a pad...didn't ask any pertinent questions about services or anything related to what I wanted. She showed me a note pad that had some overinflated prices for service. I asked what about the stuff I saw online for 2 lines, new phone, and military service. She sucked her teeth and told me that I should have told her what I was trying to do in the first place. Then after writing more numbers down that didn't add up I just got up and walked out. If I was going to be treated rudely and talked at, instead of a person who may potentially be a customer, I might as well just stay where I am. I did go online and received fantastic treatment there by someone who explained every step of the process and went above and beyond. Unless you HAVE to go to this store I would make it a point to do anything customer focused online or at a different location. Poor experience.

I was experiencing continuous notifications on my Android stating, "Virus, You are being tracked, Warning, Clean out your phone, etc. Every time I cleared the notifications and closed the tabs, more notifications would appear. Went to T-Mobile and explained my situation. The salesman said he would get the Tech Expert. This young man worked on my phone for about 20 minutes. Showed me where the Virus started and cleared it out. Highly recommend.

I stopped by the store today on my lunch break to turn in my old phone, I thought this would be a quick transaction, I could not have been more wrong! A store full of staff including the manager all standing around the center table as a gentleman went on for 30 minutes or more about how much money he had, showing the staff photos of his cars and homes and giving out cash tips to some staff for fast service, I guess?? Maybe next time I go there I should bring money for tips and I can get some services. So much more to that story but it was so cringy to witness. I guess it looked like so much staff was there because they are training new people but the optics looked terrible as a customer waiting for service, while pretty much the whole staff was so enthralled by ONE customer.Anyhow, I gave this store one star for the ONE and only employee that was running around trying to help all the customers BY HIMSELF!!!He was literally helping me and 2 other customers alone. I called the store to get his name because I just couldn’t stop thinking about my visit to the store today. So THANK YOU TONY for being an amazing service to the customers and actually helping us! Tony needs a raise and a promotion cause he’s the only one working! The manger on duty should be ashamed about all the customers in the store being IGNORED and having to listen to that cringy conversation, such an embarrassment. If it wasn’t for Tony, I’d probably still be in the store trying to turn in my old phone smh!

This store doesnt care about customers. They're far too money hungry. Tmobile corporate told me to pickup new sim cards from this corporate store and they downright refused to sell me the cards without activatng the cards in store so they could ROB ME of activation fees when im having issues with data! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD TRAP OF A STORE!

They don't care about food customer service only about selling phones for their commission make everyone even if your going their for something simple wait hours sometimes to help you. Management is unprofessional and treat customers like garbage which interns causes the customers to get angry back. This store if horrible do not buy anything from them stay away from the one near cosmos. Signing up with company is bad. Unless u want to wait for hours all the time till it's convenient for them to assist you go to Verizon.

Had a terrible experience at this location. My husband and I went in to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesday item as soon as we came in the lady employee was so rude! She said my husband was staring off into space while we were browsing! Then she had to “audit” our account and was badgering us to upgrade our account before we were allowed to receive our item. She had a nasty attitude the whole time and as soon as we turn to leave she said “I hate these promotions! People just want free stuff!”I will never go back to this location!!!It’s a shame people are so rude! We were just redeeming a promotion that her company set in place. It’s not like we were asking for her to make special concession for us. We feel accosted and racially profiled. Because at the same time we are dealing with her three white men come in and receive their item no questions asked! I do not understand why she had to treat us this way and I am very disappointed.

Went to the store yesterday and Thomas Stewart helped us with all our needs. He worked quickly and efficiently resolving our problem. He was professional and so pleasant to work with! We will be stayingn with T-Mobile because of him and go to him for all our future needs!! I hope T-mobile recognizes he’s a great employee!
