Customer service was good but the next day I found out that they lied to me and in order to make me switch to T Mobile, they offered me services that T Mobile does not provide. Very unprofessional and unethical.

The guys in this store has great customers service every time. I made 3 different trips back to back and time they was very helpful and understanding. Last trip they made sure I walked out with everything I needed and ask for.. Danny and the guys are great will come and shop here for all my phone needs.

I’ve been to many T-Mobile stores and this by far has to be the best I ever been too. Very kind helpful people. I went on 11/12/22 Keyon who helped us was the best. I felt like I was more friends with him than a customer. He gave us the best possible deal and told us exact payments of what we will be paying. We left the store with what we wanted and it’s what we was hoping for. Thanks Keyon!

The staff is horrible literally getting paid just to be on their phones, the young gentleman seemed to really not know what he was doing nor really care either he couldn’t even answer a simple question as to what the extra charge was on my account.

Love the network coverage and the deals you can get. Switched from Verizon in 2019 and haven't looked back since.

I went here for some technical help, I'm 70, lol.The young man working on July 6th, he had an unusual name, was very helpful and patient with me. He sold me what I needed, showed me how it works and never lost that beautiful smile.Thank you Sir, for your time and your smile.?

I was at the Newburgh store 1217 Route 300 Ste 3 Newburgh New York 12550 Sunday March 27,2022 and the store employee Mobile Expert Daiquann Brown help me and my Son with our phones he was Courteous and Knowledgeable he help us he resolved my issues with my phone and my Son phone. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided us Professional Courteous and Respectful I would return to that store again Thank you Daiquann Brown Great Customer service.

Everytime I visit there's a new staff which makes it uncomfortable to do business although they hang in there. Unlike the other small location on NY300 (Newburgh) I went for the Grand Opening and was approached by an employee saying yo yo yo what you need son? Trash location totally unprofessional never went back.

I came into here to upgrade my phones, Nancy was absolutely God-sent!! She went wayyy above & beyond to help me get the phones I wanted! The day I went in the tablets they use in-store to do sales on were having a bad tech day and when I tell you Her level of patience deserves to be recognized! I would definitely return here and I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for new service/phones

Darian was so helpful and patient with me and my fiancé. I came to this store after another local T-mobile refused to help me, but Darian at this T-Mobile had no problem. Highly recommend this store!

I went in today to upgrade my phone. I called before arriving and spoke to Joe to make sure the phones I was interested in were available. After that I headed to the store and was greeted by Joe with the different choices I picked out. He definitely answered every single question I had even if it was a “**** question” lol. He was very nice and helped make sure I had everything I needed for my new IPhone 12 Pro. The best thing is that he went above and beyond showing me what my bill would be with different phones. He truly cared about keeping my bill low and making sure my device was protected with insurance (as per quested by me). All and all it was a good experience at T-Mobile and If you need anything while you are there ASK FOR JOE! He’s the best!
