TD bank as a whole has just lost all service. They recently got new style of ATM here and it is ALWAYS out of service. Your only other option is to drive to the next atm /bank over 30 minutes away and pray that theirs is working. What a joke of a bank

Horrible experience with TD so far they came to be americas most convenient banking should get sued for this false claim ATM is down whole year around when you call brunch no one answers. People working there is amazing its just this bank ? ridiculous

Absolute hostility and lack of respect for others time. The experience was like walking into a dmv and having everyone there treat you like something on the bottom of their boots just because they had the power to do so. Never had that experience at a TD bank before. The manager denied us access to our accounts, then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t deny us access, they just needed to update security information that I later found out had been 2 years out of date. I was required for some time sensitive work and needed to make a withdrawal and they forced me to wait around for an hour while they dealt with other clients who came in after me. Given that the security issue (my drivers license on file being out of date) had been that way for 2 years and they just found out about it now after banking with them without issue for those two years, I believe they were just covering their own rear ends because they noticed a mistake they’d made, and insisted on correcting it now of all times. I’ll never go to this branch again. I recommend the bank either close down this branch, or hire new management, as well as new tellers. Worst atitude I’ve ever gotten from a bank. This kind of atitude and treatment isn’t representative of the “surprisingly human” values TD is supposed to have.

Always a problem here. LONG drive thru with incompetent personnel. They won't deposit a government check without all kinds of ID and bank card. I put # on the check, but no... im not asking to cash... and God forbid you don't have a deposit slip, I put acct # on the back, but they won't look it up... ABSURD.

Brian M. the branch manager was extremely helpful in sorting out my bank account when I was in a jam. Even before my issue, going into the branch was always pleasant and efficient. They always deliver great customer service.
