My brother moved to The Cornerstone Residence at Safe Harbors in November 2013. Within 6 months he was dead from an overdose. Safe Harbors turned out to out to be NOT so safe for my brother. The Cornerstone Residence is a nice idea but they need to take further steps to educate and protect the residents from the illegal drug use that runs rampant in that area.
