Jim at The Storage Stop on N. Plank Rd. has been a HUGE help to me. He is very knowledgable about the contracts and what has to be done at what time. His personality was welcoming and inviting which made my experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend The Storage Stop if you are in need of extra storage space.

I have had some belongings in the facility for a bit over two years now. Every time I have dealt with the staff either in person or over the phone, they have been friendly and efficient. The grounds are always clean and neat. I feel very safe anytime I have to go there alone

I am looking for a storage unit and am calling around to get detail and prices so I can decide what best fits my needs and I was recommended to call the Storage stop on Route 52. The person who I spoke with over the phone was very rude. He gave me a price for one unit size and when I asked for the next size up he said " We can't just keep giving prices over the phone" and that I had to come in in person if I wanted any more information. Their hours are the same as my work hours and I will have to take a day off work to go there to sign the lease, I can not afford to take time off work to just get a price. Needless to say I will be happy to pay extra money to go somewhere else just to NOT deal with this person. Unbelievable.
