“I just wanted to leave a review along with a debt of gratitude for Pat‘s towing service helping us this past Saturday evening. Our front tire blue on route 32 in Newburgh after hitting a pothole. The service technician whose name I did not think to ask for could not have been more friendly or helpful. The call probably went out at 8 PM. He showed up a half an hour later and in the freezing cold changed an incredibly flat tire! He never once complained, and was very diligent, even tapping off the air pressure on our donut. Thank you!!!!!!”

“Decided to take the used car shopping plunge and visited multiple dealerships in the area. Prestige was my third stop of the day but my first time even seeing an employee. We were greeted quickly and then given space to look at their inventory. This was great because most places just breathe down your neck. Absolutely no pressure purchasing here. Found a Scion tc on the lot that looked like a diamond waiting to be polished. After looking it over and a quick test drive the battery light popped up. Lindsay the gentleman who greeted us was very quick to have a tech look at and identify the problem. Turns out the alternator went bad. They had this resolved very quickly and we made a deal on the car. Went to pick up the next day and everything went smooth. A few days later my belt snapped and I needed a friend to tow me home. Contacted Prestige and they offered to have it towed in and fixed. Now this is a car with a little over 102k miles. They did not have to offer that. I needed my vehicle ASAP so I got the belt changed in my driveway but off in the tensioner to be bad. Lindsay went as far as to order me a new one and have it sent to me. Really above and beyond for a used car purchase. Would buy and in the future will buy another vehicle there. Can not recommend them enough. Thanks team Prestige!!!”
