“It is such a gift to find a shop where you can trust the mechanics and the service you will receive. I initially went to Verplank auto to fix my side view mirror. Kathy looked everywhere to find one for my van, that they don’t make anymore. I have continued to go to them for oil changes, inspections, and anything else related to taking care of my van. Most recently I brought my van in 1.45hrs late for an inspection. It needed an oil change and new brakes (both of which I already knew about). They were going to take care of everything by the end of day BUT when I told them I had to have the car by 3 to pick up my children, they had put two guys on the car to make sure that happened!!!! I’ve never been overcharged. I’ve never been convinced to do work that didn’t need to be done. If you want good honest people working on your car, seriously look no further! Verplank auto is where is at!!!!

“Decided to take the used car shopping plunge and visited multiple dealerships in the area. Prestige was my third stop of the day but my first time even seeing an employee. We were greeted quickly and then given space to look at their inventory. This was great because most places just breathe down your neck. Absolutely no pressure purchasing here. Found a Scion tc on the lot that looked like a diamond waiting to be polished. After looking it over and a quick test drive the battery light popped up. Lindsay the gentleman who greeted us was very quick to have a tech look at and identify the problem. Turns out the alternator went bad. They had this resolved very quickly and we made a deal on the car. Went to pick up the next day and everything went smooth. A few days later my belt snapped and I needed a friend to tow me home. Contacted Prestige and they offered to have it towed in and fixed. Now this is a car with a little over 102k miles. They did not have to offer that. I needed my vehicle ASAP so I got the belt changed in my driveway but off in the tensioner to be bad. Lindsay went as far as to order me a new one and have it sent to me. Really above and beyond for a used car purchase. Would buy and in the future will buy another vehicle there. Can not recommend them enough. Thanks team Prestige!!!”
