Clean and organized store. They have what you need in a pinch but I try not to stop in often as I find their prices to be a bit high.

I used to like the store, but I will no longer be spending my money there. I walked into the store to grab clear vinyl to wrap my chicken run before the snow storm. Was standing in front out of the items to decide which size to get and was promptly followed by an (male) employee. I felt so uncomfortable and had to buy that item but completely regret it.
After leaving, I saw two males walk in, not of color and were not followed.

They are very helpful and good people. I like small stores much better than huge places that usually don’t have anyone that is very helpful. At this store, there is always someone that can help!

great place for supplies and especially hardware! Lot's of choices - even chrome , stainless, and metric. Many pieces of thier hardware have found thier way into/onto my projects - from truck restorations to motorcycles to fixing up my home, shop - and more! The crew in the store knows where things are , and will help you find what you need - or they'll leave you alone and let you fullfill your exploring journey looking for that "widget" if that's what you want. This place is awesome. 10x better and more knowledgeable than the big box stores. I always feel better spending my money here than the other guys. They helped me immensely after I called the wrong store. I appreciate everything they did even though it caused a little bit of a mess. Thank you Brett's True Value

They surprisingly find whatever I'm looking for on their shelves.The staff is friendly and helpful. There's always someone knowledgeable on site even if the young folks don't yet know everything.They can't match the big box store prices -that's how they big stores shut mom and pops down and screw over the local economy. I also patronize Hales, though they're not as well stocked as Brett's.I can afford to pay a little extra to secure this resource in our community, so I do. I hope others will too.

Coming here with a friend to pick up several of items and supplies. Very nice looking store. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable staff member who greeted us upon entry. Also very helpful in locating the aisles for items we was looking for. Quick in and out and outstanding customer service from the gentleman likely the owner or manager. Very pleased with experience shopping at True Value hardware store! Hoorah! Yeehaw! Yeehaw!?
