I had scheduled a service appointment with Unity Chevrolet of Newburgh, NY via email. I dealt with Maddie of their internet service team. Maddie was very helpful and made sure I had an appointment that was convenient for me and always followed up on any emails, addressing any questions/concerns that I had. Additionally the service manager Jennifer also reached out to ensure the service II received was to my satisfaction. I live nearly an hour away, the quality of service this dealership provides is worth the trip.

I took my vehicle to the Chevy dealership after a nightmare situation with Mavis. Cameron was very helpful, excellent at communicating and gave me daily updates on my vehicle. He was a pleasure to do business with and has great customer service which you don’t see often these days. I will be taking my car back to Chevy Unity for inspection.

I’m only giving 3 stars because I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I got to service department about 15 mins earlier then my appointment time they told me they were backed up. I waited 2 and a half hours for my car to be finished. What was the point of making an appointment if I had to wait that long? Not cool. I live 30 mins away from the nearest Chevy service spot. I was very disappointed with waiting that long when I had a scheduled appointment. Other than that the staff was nice and I was treated well.

Our center console got stuck and would not open. I thought it was one problem come to find out it was a charge cord got stuck... Thanks to Unity Chevrolet we didn't have to pay ! Thanks again great work guys !!!

Service advisor was nice, kept me updated. Waited a little longer than I would’ve liked for just an oil change but things happen. People were friendly and nice, took me in immediately. No issues

I had to bring my car In because of a recall. I brought it in at 915. At first I was going to wait for it but I was told it could be 4 hours. A very nice man took me home. At 130 they called me to say it was done and someone would be pĺace in 15 minutes I waited for 45 minutes and called I got a pissy girl I was told the man who was suppose to come had an emergency I hope there was not a bad one and another man would be at my place in 3 minutes I waited another 30. The man finally came at a round 330 I asked for some help about some features of the car he answered my questions with patience and did not show any impatience he really was nice and one of the things he helped me was important to me so something that was supposed to take 4 hours at most took 7 hours when Icalled back I got a very nice girl one more thing I have asked for a manual at least 5 times I bought my car In April I quess I. Should have looked before I drove out of there. When you buy a car the manual is in the glove compartment I have been waiting for it since the end of May. I have a 2023 trail blazer thank you.

Worst service ever on my truck. $200 to tell me what I already knew. 21 year old kid that works hard for my truck every week. Wanted to charge me 3000 to replace a couple parts I can do on my own. Picked up my truck with 2 more lights on and was told “they were on when we started it”. Never bringing a vehicle here again.

Made an appointment to have my truck serviced for a transmission flush first thing in the morning for a GM known issue. I purchased my truck almost a year ago , I still have the power train warranty. Christian the service advisor said I would still be charged for services done to the truck. He knew nothing of this issue although GM put out a bulletin how to fix the transmission issue. I wastold i would be called onceThe truck was done. 4pm no call. I called and I was told the truck wasn't looked at yet. I would be contacted the next day. Day 2. No contact made I called at 12 pm and was directed to his voicemail. I called back , the receptionist got him on the phone. I was told the truck wasn't going to be looked at until the next day. I started to see a pattern. I said put my keys in my truck and I'm taking it somewhere else ! What is the point of making an appointment when they just brush you off and avoid calling you. They think it's ok to hold onto your vehicle like we don't need it to get to work or kids to daycare. Sorry to inconvenience you by making an appointment and expecting a professional and courteous experience. Took it to a different Chevy dealer and had an excellent experience and everything under warranty. Unity also messed up my title and I'm scared they didn't fix it yet , and I tried to email there customer service and I'm blocked Wouldn't recommend anyone to Unity Chevy.

I was 90 minutes from my home and I got a message on my dashboard, “PROPULSION POWER IS REDUCED,” I called my Chevy dealer at home and they told me to take the car to nearest dealer that turned out to be UNITY CHEVROLET. Ken, the service advisor took good care of my car, had the car fixed, it was a bad valve that was still under warranty, and had me back on the road in no time. The brand new car adaptive cruise control never worked. Tech said it needs a future software update????I I’m in the service business. What they said is just to delay. I think that’s crazy.
