This location offers walk-in passport services. While the staff is generally nice, customers have suggested they could be more friendly and offer a wider range of services, keeping in mind that the public are the ones paying their salaries.
Do not come to this post office, it is the most unorganized, unhelpful, and nasty post office in Newburgh. I always have a problem with a post office worker who is rude and it makes me extremely uncomfortable. Go to any other post office, I have reported this office multiple times.

They took forever to come to the window and then after they finally came,they disappeared for another 20 minutes.We were waiting here for a hour trying to renew a passport.Multiple people walked out,because they were waiting for so long.We had a 1:30pm appointment and didn’t get seen until 2:00pm.

Have had a box sitting there for over a unscanned and called repeatedly to see what the hold up was and never got an answer really would recommend getting new staff that’s actually works.
