Photo department was completely inept in every aspect from printing photos to finding them. Well actually they never found them so I had to wait for reprints where they cut the top of my son’s NYST Stetson as well as the sign he was standing in front of!

Filled prescription via the phone 10/27 arrived to pick up my prescription on 10/28 they told
me it wasn’t filled and I have to wait half hour. Waited a half hour for them to tell me they are out and to call another store. I called around and they sent me to pine bush, drove 45 mins to pine bush for them to tell me I need the physical script. Every single time I walk into this pharmacy there is some sort of issue.

Two cashiers standing around upfront chatting. Asked for product - told me the aisle - but could not find it. Told them I could not find it - but not to worry, didn’t disrupt their conversation. This is why it’s easier to shop via Amazon.

I don’t know all the bad reviews this is a lot better than cvs in Marlboro my old pharmacy. My husband takes about 8 pills and they have always been on time. If it’s not ready they will make it for while you wait.

The staff at the Walgreens store on North Plank Rd in Newburgh are efficient and kind. They treat the customers with respect and clear long lines quickly.

the WORST , WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! takes them a week to fill a script my kid needs ASAP, then they say we are doing it now be ready in 1/2 hour you show up 1 hour later they didn't even start it . there all walking around behind the counter looking busy not doing anything or helping anyone on the line . they need all new STAFF AND Pharmacist there

The worst service ever! They close for meal break between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m.. I was at the window at 1:20.pm. it was closed too early. I waited until AFTER 2:30 pm, and it was still closed! Apparently they have no respect for the customers here. It is so ridiculous! If your short-staffed, you need to hire more people, or hire more efficient people. Stop being complacent. I've heard the same story from quite a few people. I think I'll might have to change pharmacies.

The pharmacist Jacqueline was absolutely fantastic to work with. I just relocated here from Minnesota and had to transfer a lot of prescriptions and had a lot of help I needed and she was more than happy to sit and work with me and I really appreciated that.
