My new pharmacy to go to place clean, and staffed with friendly employees. Helpful pharmacist too! I really appreciated the time she took to answer my question. One of those questions I wasn’t going to ask, but I am glad i did. New medicine? Ask questions.

Had a Fedex for pickup here. Took 3 people to help me, even though I could see the package clearly from the other side of the counter. Its like the Twilight Zone. I can't figure out if they're stupid, lazy, stoned...or all three. AVOID.

The pharmacy department is the absolute worst, please go somewhere else they take two days to fill simple prescriptions. Then give you a attitude when you inquire why. To there defense no one wants to work anymore but it's really just disgusting, what if you are elderly and can't advocate for yourself. They really need to hire better employees and or pay more and have better management.

This place is the worst service is bad and the woman pharmest is rude and disrespectful to the customers always a problem getting your script filled I would give them a o if I could will be changing to another place

Would give a zero rating but it doesn’t allow…..went to drive thru today and waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come over to me, knowing well that they looked over a few times but didn’t acknowledge my existence what so ever, even though it’s the first cardinal rule to customer service! The male that came over was rude and shut the phone off before I was done talking and proceeded to speak to me in a condescending manner when I tried to tell him my name AGAIN!
He didn’t speak to me after that, when he put the meds in the drawer and I took it, no, “Have a good night” or “you’re welcome!” He doesn’t like his job, his appearance is less than presentable and he should not be in customer service! Will never return to this pharmacy!

Another screw up. This pharmacy is so unorganized. There notification system sucks. If you have a prescription the automated system will tell you it is ready. Go to pick it up and they tell you you can pick it up in 2 days! They use insurance as the reason, but can't explain why you are notified that it is ready. Often they use the excuse of an insurance issue, when in reality they are waiting for medicine to be delivered. Of course calling the insurance co gives a totally different story. Talking to the manager is hopeless. He can't help at all.

This Pharmacy is a joke . My doctor called in a specialty prescription . The pharmacy told me they can get it and would be in on Friday . Today is Monday and now they are telling me they needed the doctor to do something else .. they never kept me updated and I will be running out of my prescription in 4 days . If they were having issues they should have notified me and I could have gone elsewhere or called my doctor's office . This Pharmacy dropped the ball in communicating with me and keeping me updated. I would be weary of using them as I can see they don't care about their customers!

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Understaffed and incompetent is an understatement. Don't go unless you have an extra hour to waste.

I went to pick up my medication on 1/16/24 at Walgreens 82 N Plank Rd Newburgh NY. The male employee threw me my insurance card on the counter instead of handing it to me. He wanted to charge me for the medication. I said no, is paid for by the insurance. He made me wait 30 minutes to check my insurance. I came me back after 30 minutes and still he haven’t checked my insurance until I was there standing in front of him. He asked me to wait another 20 minutes for my medication without giving the prescription to the pharmacy tech. I spoke to another employee that was stocking merchandise in an aisle. She went to the pharmacy tech and asked the status of my medication. She gave my prescription to the tech and after an hour, I had no medication and it took over an hour for them to tell me that my prescription had been sent to another pharmacy. Bad service from the counter employee. He needs to be retrained for people skills.

No point in having an appointment if you’re still going to have to wait 30 + minutes in an empty waiting area.
Disappointing.
Not to mention prescriptions are always out of stock.

I have resorted to Amazon now because everything is always out of stock and the employees are not friendly when asked for help. Not sure why this store is even open anymore. Avoid at all costs like all reviewers stated. I was also racially profiled by a stocker he asked if I was looking for the Spanish isle? Not even sure what that was about. I left promptly. Please do not go here!
