Sometimes going to the pharmacy is intimidating. This one however was very welcoming, kind, had a great sense of humor and above all PATIENT. I hate visiting pharmacies but Nancy was terrific and took great care of me. If I lived in the area I'd make this my regular pharmacy. Perfect score.

Ordered and paid for my groceries online. my app said everything was ready but upon arrival I was told that nothing was ready and their was nothing anyone can do about it. I asked for a manager but the manager was too busy in their car to bother. I was there for over an hour asking what happened to my groceries. An associate came out with very random items that weren’t ordered and said that was the best they could do and also mentioned that he had paid for them all with his own money. I had two small children in the car and was very upset and confused. I got my money back, but I recently had major surgery and couldn’t shop on my own. NEVER AGAIN!

I recently visited the super Walmart at 1201 NY 300,Newburgh ny 12550 (store number 2104) . I wanted to purchase eyelashes in the cosmetic section, but they had a lock on it so I needed assistance from a Walmart employee. (Mean while I had my elderly grandmother waiting on line (1) to purchase two carts of items) . Louis (manager) Hispanic female came to assist and she was very rude, unpleasant ,and she racially profiled me as I am an African American. As she begin to remove the lock from the item she asked me if I was going to purchase the item, I said yes I am . She said because I have to follow you to the register to make sure you purchase the item (eyelashes). I stated "wow I've never had this happen before I've purchased cosmetics with locks on them and I've never been escorted to the register at Walmart ". She became iterated and stated to me that this is protocol. Then two other females white asked her to unlock some mascara . I asked her will she be escorting them to the register as well. She became even more irritated. She asked me what register I was at I said 1 . I became annoyed with the entire situation as she begin to continue to ramble , I informed her I was not interested in her reasonings of why she treating me in such a manner and I just want to get my lashes and leave. She sucked her teeth and moved slower in regards to helping me I told her I don't want the lashes any more because of the way she treated me and was speaking to me. She stated to me that I was lying about purchasing the lashes and she accused me of going to steal the lashes . I was highly offended I asked for her name she yelled at me told me her first name and kept reiterating to me that she as a manager. I told her her position is not important I just want her name so I can report this unfair situation.... I have never had a situation like this happen to me before . I've never been accused of stealing , never been arrested for stealing and I feel like her behavior was unacceptable..... I shop at this Walmart all the time it's a great store and the staff is usually amazing . Now that I am aware you guys get to pick and choose to follow a customer to the register, not caring if they are done shopping or not is horrible. And to pick and choose which customers to treat this way is definitely an issue further portraying the idea black lives don't matter at Walmart. The manager Louis definitely made this clear . I'm not asking for anyone to be fired but definitely retraining needs to be had. Thank you .

I made 3 trips to the pharmacy to pick up my meds because they don't have there hours of operation displayed anywhere except for the lunch time. And when they are open, the staff are too disconnected that they can't even give a proper salutation. I'm getting a new pharmacy.

Associates that lie and cannot do their job. Screwed up my prescriptions and told me I had to wait another hour. New York is a joke.

I've only used Walmart pharmacy twice in the past year. I know Walmart wants to be "one stop shopping" for basically everything under the sun but I just don't like going here for prescriptions. The instances I visited there was only one person on staff and they took forever helping the two people in front of me. It's not completely terrible but not my preference. Thankfully they don't make you pay at a regular register and take your money on the spot.

For me, they are often out of stock for things, but they always let me know when its coming in. Other than that, they have the best hours. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Don't fill scripts until you show up, even though send electronically. Then told will be ready in 15 20 minutes. 45 minutes later not done.

I actually prefer this location over the one in Fishkill, seems like there's more choices for furniture at this location.

The cop behind the greeter right now is a racist. I asked why do i have to show my receipt? After 5 min of his BS reasoning he asks if this is a black thing? I told him no it's a question nothing more
