Paige was great helping me and my fiancé with what we came in even though we didn’t have an appointment. She informed us that there will be a wait and we can make an appointment if we wanted to. As Paige is telling us this I look back and Terri Ann is making faces behind my fiancé’s back while she is telling him sarcastically or you can just come back another day . We went in and explained about a family member passing away and there was no sympathy from her end . Paige was an angel and made an attempt to help us .

Terrible bank, the contactless feature on the ATM does not work most of the time. Waste of time when I come here. Will stop banking here soon.

Sold our car to Carmax, and they cut us a check using their Wells Fargo account… Since my bank… Not Wells Fargo… Puts a five day hold on the check I called branch manager… P. P.… At this Newburgh location to see if they would cash the check And he informed me that they would… Drove quite a distance so I could get the cash and put it in my account and have it available today. Branch manager did not know what he was talking about as I got there and was told that they would not cash the Carmax check… I spoke with branch manager on the phone, and he confirmed that he had made a mistake… And then he tried to backpedal… I told him I was very specific with my question about his branch being able to cash my car, max check, and that he was clearly incorrect… At that point he apologized, and I said that’s all I was asking for and please be more careful in the future in giving out information you’re not sure about

This bank does the most when it comes to inconveniencing their customers. I never wanted an account with them in the first place but I was in their branch one day paying my mortgage, and a pushy sales Rep convinced me to open an account, in order to apply for their credit card that I wasn't even approved for in the end. Fast forward 8 yrs later (when I want to close the account ) I'm told, the account I never really used, is dormant and must be re-activated before I can close it. Ok whatever, but then they say it must be done in person. Mind you their branches are Mon-Fri 9-5. How does that make sense? I have to take off work to go to their branch to re-activate my account just so I can close it?? Best believe I am going to be pissed when I get there. This is a perfect example of businesses making up rules without using common sense.

Only had outside ATM no teller services on Saturday very inconvenient I could not pay any of my bill payments and now have to make another trip for Monday. Also no teller service inside bank

How is this place only open 9-5 mon-Fri. ??? The only Wells Fargo around, is anyone who works able to ever make it to this bank?? Very annoying.

Garbage service. Directed me online presumably because they didn’t feel like helping out. Totally fine to go online, but the kicker is that none of the staff members knew, or cared more likely, that going online cost me the opportunity for immediate funding. Never again, but truth be told all other big banks are equally trash. These institutions don’t treat or pay their people well so it’s not surprising, but it is extremely disappointing to be treated like dirt when you’ve been a loyal customer for years and have played by the rules throughout

ATM is down AGAIN. This is the third or fourth time and I will have to drive to Newpaltz or Fishkill to get my money. I'm giving it two stars, because before the closure, the tellers were sweet.

Wouldn't let my wife and I make a withdrawal because my wifes maiden name is on her ID even though she had the marriage certificate and we've done it at the wappingers falls branch 15 times before this newburgh location opened. But they let us deposit a check..... Literally makes no sense. So, while in a rush to get to the hospital for a family emergency, we had to drive 30 minutes away to make a withdrawal so we could pay our rent. And when we told them we did it in wappingers 15 times we were met with ( oh well, we won't do it here) cleaning out the bank and going else where.
