“The Wilson Post Office is not what I remember when it was on Young St., but a wonderful experience nevertheless. Fast, friendly service and they have a great selection of stamps which I happened to need. Slightly strange buzzing noise from the lights in the back, but it wasn't too bad. I highly recommend them when mailing anything, although items that are liquid, fragile or perishable may need extra attention.”

“I never thought I’d write a review for a post office! But, they were wonderful!. A package sent from TX to Newfane was lost. Within two hours of me filing a claim, Kristen called me from the Newfane Post office. She promised to look into it, including sending the mail carrier out to the delivery address to clarify what happened as the package showed delivered. Kristen then called me the next morning to follow up on what they found & also sent me a follow up email as promised. The package has been found. Kristen- your response was tremendous and much appreciated. Thank you!”
