I've been coming to this location for 20 years and never been treated this way ever let's start by the website doesn't work even if you get a confirmation so basic had to make another appointment at 11:20 I wasn't seen till 11 :45 then I tried to tell her the best place to draw blood and she doesn't listen im a diabetic and get blood work done alot with no problems after the 3 time of blowing up my veins I told her to get the other lady she doesn't know what she doing she doesn't listen and she looses my blood work and urine every times she does my blood and its on my dime I've had enough ill drive to lockport for my blood work from now on

Worst experience every single time i go here. Today i had an appointment at 10:30am, at 11:20 i finally asked the worker when i am getting called back my appointment was at 10:30 she responded “Oh our bathrooms are out of order” while i am there for a employer drug test. I was waiting for 50 minutes for them to tell me they can’t even completed my appointment only after i said something. This location is a complete joke, i will never be back

Great place for blood work! The tech was superb, took me right away. Even though their lousy appointment site screwed everything all up with pass codes that don't work! The people there make up for it! I think her name was Carla, a sweet black lady..her name was on the wall..but I'm old and by the time I found this spot to leave a feedback, I forgot it! Sorry dear! Your grade AAA!! Painless, helpful, and friendly! I go there every three months for my blood work..no place else for me!

Lobby smelled like pot from the store next to it! Terrible! Your website is difficult to get my results. Keeps saying password wrong. Sent me a code which I copied and pasted from you email and it said it was wrong! Three times! A waste of my time! Workers are really pleasant which is your saving grace!

My appointment was awesome. I must have made a mistake because I was not appearing in the system, but they took care of everything, and they were quick about it too. My phlebotomist was perfect -- I was watching and still felt nothing at all. I was not a fan when Quest started taking over around my area, but I have yet to have a bad experience there.
