Stuck we six times. Until the lady in charge found a vein that was deep she was quite aggressive She didn't use a butterfly needle she used a regular maybe twenty gage. Which was okay. It was kina painful because my arm is just beat up from transplant.I kept pointing to my arm. Where are the veins were located.Because a person knows their own body. And I used to canulate my own needles for dialysis. Because I got tired of staff and nurses infiltrating or messing up my vein. Next time I'll just draw my own blood and bring it to them.I should've showed the other patients in the waiting room. I hope you have good veins because if not, this is what happens and showed my arm. I was nice and I didn't.Please retrain your staff

They are slow, rude and incompetent. We need another option. We need options for people who need to be able to walk in without an appt. Quest used to do that, when they were still giving quality service. I wish I could give negative stars.

Great staff and I was in and out within 10 minutes of my daughters appointment. It was super easy to make the appointment online with same day appointments. The 2 phlebotomists that helped my daughter were amazing and so kind to her. Thank you for making a medical visit fast and painless!

I had an appointment but I end up being 10 min late because the lady ahead of me took over 10 minutes to sign in. ..quest cancels my appointment and I have to sign in as a walk in or reschedule for 1 1/2 hours later. Even more annoying it's just a pickup but I have to wait for the blood work people......I miss receptionists at quest.

20 minutes in line to even get into check in, elderly man ahead of me needed assistance... asked for it. Was snap at my employee to wait, his turn.. is your name on sign.. very snippy.

I’ve tried to get blood done five different days, showing up at 2:45 everytime and the doors are locked. Suppose to close at 3.

The is very knowledgeable and very kind and caring. Only caveat Is that the front door was difficult use with a wheel chair. Other than that it was perfect.

This Quest office is probably the most pleasant I've ever been to. It's a small office, 2 techs working. When you walk in, you sign in on an iPad & eventually you're called back. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes max, even when there are several others waiting. They move things along. It's quiet, clean, techs have all been very professional & efficient.

Very friendly staff. Was in and out in less than ten minutes and that’s without an appointment. There’s a closer Quest to my house but I drive the extra miles because of how quick they are.

Checked in at 9am for a blood draw walk in, which I obviously expected to have to wait for. The estimated time I was given on the tablet was 26 minutes. I signed up to receive a text message so I could wait in my car. 40 minutes go by and I just assume they’re running behind, then an hour, then an hour and a half. By this time it’s 11am and I’ve gotten no text message. Like I said, I expected to wait but telling a patient it will be about a 26 minute wait when it’s nothing close to that is ridiculous. I ended up leaving because I started feeling sick considering it was fasted blood work. It’s now 11:30am and I still have received no text. I will never go to this location again or recommend it to anyone. Tell people you have no room for walk ins instead of misleading them and telling them it will be less than a half an hour wait.
