I had a very disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven location due to the behavior of a cashier named Chase. He was disrespectful and showed zero regard for customer service. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expect much better service when visiting any store, and this interaction was far from acceptable. Management should address this issue promptly.

This store, its manager, the district manager, and the corporate players leave a lot to be desired.
Some time ago, I had asked for 2 slices of pizza. The employee, not newly hired, had given me the only slice left, along with a fresh piece right out of the oven. After seeing only one slice removed from the tray, I had discovered the older slice under the new slice in the box. I had then asked the employee about it and she had replied that the older slice was still fresh, as it was only 20 minutes old (if that was even the truth). I do NOT call that fresh! I should have received 2 slices of the SAME quality. I should not have received both a chewy slice and a crunchy slice.
I had then complained to Customer Service, but the store manager had not bothered to call me back. I had called CS back, and I had stated that I wanted to speak with the district manager. He also could not be bothered to call me back. So, I had then called CS back, yet again, was able to speak with someone on the corporate level, who had stated that they do not like to waste product. She had also said that someone would get back to me, which no one did, resulting in 711 had being totally unresponsive.
I have not purchased a thing from them since and will not, in the future.
When customers order more slices than what are in the current tray, they should make sure that they will ONLY be given the fresh slices, BEFORE they pay. The quality of their pizza should NOT be dependent upon which employee waits on you.
Customers are not appreciated in this store or on the corporate level - they are taken for granted. Other businesses try harder and are more deserving of my business. They also care enough to follow through.

The people at this store seem to hate themselves and everyone else so much, and it’s evident in their every action. This place feels like a hub for chaos, and visiting this store was the worst decision.

The manager and workers are always outside smoking weed and god knows what else. You can’t even go in without someone outside harassing you and following you . Do not go there , especially if you have kids with you .

The surrounding environment is poor and water is expensive. The front desk service was pretty good.

I don't want to contribute to the bad reviews because they weigh alot more as good reviews are never documented. I honestly haven't had a bad experience at this place and there isn't anything bad to say! I'm happy!

I used to work here and quit because of the frequent crackheads,drunks, thiefs and a manager who thought i should chase after them.I vowed never to return but I decided two years later or so to go in and buy two pizzas during a bogo deal well they cut one pizza incorrectly twice and cooked it with cardboard still attached to it and second pizza had a dirty white napkin under neath that I didn't notice untill we ate half the pizza also they are stacking the empty pizza boxes on top of the empty can/bottle returns disgusting! I should of never went back ??. The shear incompetence of it is laughable oh and of course there's still drunkards and beggars urinating outside the establishment and harresing customers for money,cigarettes and booze. Only ate half of one pizza before we tossed it all away don't waste your money or time here.

DO NOT USE THIS 7-11. THEY CHARGED US 4 X SATURDAY AND WE ARE STILL FIGHTING IT! The staff is ignoring it and now we are taking it to corporate and possibly small claims court. Save your money.

I went to buy buns at 7/11 on 15th pine an buns was molded then fine out all buns was molded
