The girls at the 7 Eleven on McLeod Rd in Niagara Falls, ON were very friendly. If people had that attitude all the time, the world would be a better place to live.

I just called to ask a simple question to see if they possibly accept ETransfer as I 'was' going there every day for my Cappuccino, the girl answered and very rudely said "No We Don't", finishing with a hang up in my face!
I Do know from experience the daytime staseems to be very nice and accomadable.

Just threw up twice after eating a couple taquitos. Had to pull over in the way home, and again at home. Tasted fine, but 100% the reason I got sick. I’m disabled, can’t be dealing with food poisoning.

I would never order anything from any delivery service ever again. They have messed up 2 times with me and when I contacted 7-Eleven customer service they didn't provide me with the actually refund I asked for. In fact when I told them how many items I ordered but received way less. They claimed I would get a refund for all the items I'm missing but I did not really get that. When I called back they said since my complaint has been solved they can't go back and refund me more.
BTW to 7-Eleven management, I will not be doing your survey and I will not be emailing you about my issues.
I won't even bother going to this store ever again.
UPDATE: To 7-Eleven I will not be giving you any more info.

Stopped here to prepay for gas and let my 4 year old use the rest room. Asked the cashier if it would be ok to use the washroom, CLEARLY in a hurry with a little child who couldn’t seem to hold it in…….the cashiers response. “It’s out of order”. I’m sure they relieve themselves somewhere during a shift?
There must be instances where you don’t want druggies or thieves in the bathroom, but as a business you should be able to make a reasonable decision when it comes to something like this.
EXTREMELY disappointed.

Don't ever order from them using Skip or DoorDash. Since the driver is unable to check to see if the order is correct, the workers end up getting lazy and don't do their jobs right.
Too many times has my order been WRONG from them, I thought after a while they would have smartened up by now. Order chicken wings with a specific sauce ON them? Get no sauce AT ALL, or on the side in a container or THE WRONG FLAVOUR ALTOGETHER!
Order a deal with one large pepperoni and get another (same large pepperoni) for $5? Nah, We're gonna give u a large CHEESE pizza and a medium HEART SHAPED Pepperoni one from Valentines Day in Feb while taking 25 mins to get it all ready for ya!
Every time I have ordered from them, they have ALWAYS messed up the order in some way. Like missing condiments when asked for when ordering Hot Dogs, or ordering drinks and only getting one out of the 3 u ordered, and the other 2 nothing of what u wanted at all, even the many times ordering pizza and/or wings and getting the bare boned minimum of what I ordered with LITTLE EFFORT on the workers behalf.
If they don't like doing Skip orders, and wanna half-a$$ them, y bother having Skip and DoorDash even delivered.
Like the pizza was HEART SHAPED!!! Didn't u guys have a promo back in FEBRUARY for Vday selling heart shaped pizzas in a medium only size??! Y the hell they reselling them over a month later?! It was also rock hard, like it was overcooked then left out before being properly packaged. Disgusting.

My 16 year old went for some chicken and got 8 strips of ground and breaded chicken for over$19.00! Save yourself some money and go to any reputable restaurant for food.Thx.

Bought a pizza and 2 hotdogs in here. On the monitor the hotdog was 2 for $6.00 then when I went to the cashier it goes up to $7.98 tried to tell the cashier about it then she said that that promo was already done. By law, the 2 for $6.00 should be honored and I am not actually sure if that promo was really done or the lady was just so lazy to void it and wanted to go home as fast as she can. Not Nice 7-Eleven at Drummond/Mcleod!
