All guys working there provide excellent customer service but girls working there have too much attitude and don't how to treat a customer and they think are boss of the store.For service provide by girls I would honestly give them zero stars if I could.

DO NOT buy gift cards here, i bought one google play card, came home only to realize it was already scratched off and the code used so was worthless, tried contacting 7 eleven to see what i could do and they never got back to me, so save yourselves the headache.

Absolutely the best 7-Eleven I've been to. They are stocked, clean, (not sure why people said otherwise - I see them clean everytime I'm there) and great variety of products. It's busy at times but has the best coffee in town right now for under 2 bucks and using mobile checkout is so quick.
Friendly faces good prices and convenient. Not sure you can beat that? Thanks guys!

People should check the receipt before pay it. We were charged more than it should be. The staff had such a bad attitude to explain the difference and till they finally admitted the mistake and got our money back, we never got an apology.

Unfriendly & Filthy
Stopped by the Thorold Stone Road location to grab a couple slurpies and some nachos.
I refused to buy the food after seeing the conditions of this store. There were flies all over the condiments, slop dripped everywhere, the floors and counters were filthy and three workers were walking around talking to one another, ignoring the filth and customers. Not one friendly smile or a hello or welcome. This place has gone down hill. These employees need training in cleanliness & sanitation or a visit from an inspector.

Not sure what happened but over the last year or so all the employees have left and replaced by the same minority group. Not the same atmosphere, many don’t understand English and they don’t greet you like they used to. I avoid going there and go down the street to the shop beside garrisons….!

Ive been using this store as my go to for years ..today I met Joshua the new store manager..he was super efficient and kind...i couldnt get ice out of the fountain so he guided me to another source Ah-mazing!!! Thanks for the help keep up the good work ok :)

Delivery review. Food is good but they ignore item amounts and specific requests.
I ordered two hash brown orders 3 pieces each total 6 and I only received 2 pieces in one box, not even filling the requirement for a single order

Wow! This store has a Lot of Potential to be like the 7-11 Asian stores in Japan. I know the manager is very enthusiastic to and already is… bringing in more Quality 7-11 foods from around the world. They have an impressive Asian shelf, and 7-11 brand chips, and bakery, drinks items. Ok. Have you tried their coffee? I wouldn’t diss it. I had their full bodied dark roast coffee. It is so smooth and velvety tasty, not bitter, with chocolate and nutty undertones. For 99 cents you cannot go wrong. I am looking forward to see the expansion of quality snack foods at this store.

I love 7 eleven! I like the way they made the difference with the bar-drinking area! I might have to try it sometime. The workers there are so polite, friendly, respectful, and they just help out the best they can. The store is always really good looking, clean! And I love the candies, there’s so many options. Everybody there is so so amazing. Thank you all for the helping hand when we come into the store and don’t know what we are looking for?
