I spent one night here in September 2023. Yes, the rooms are rather dark, there's only one light in the bedroom. A huge spa tub was also in the room, but it appeared clean (I didn't use it). The room appeared clean overall, the bed was comfortable, the check in was on par for any of the Hindu owned motels I've been to: courteous but not effusive, and there were no bed bugs.I got a discounted rate in an online booking site, so it was reasonable for me. It's an easy drive to the border, to the falls, and downtown.

The room was clean.The lady at the hotel is so nice.The hotel is 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls. So you need Uber or public transport (but it is not very often)

Time for a review. We stayed 1 night. I usually pick hotels by reviews. This hotel looked okay from outside. It is very dated and dark. Not enough lighting. Towels were dirty and not great location. Just old. They can invest some money on updates. Breakfast was only different types of breads. I did not like the room at all for 200. A night. Too expensive. Not clean enough.Rooms: Old and dark.

The worse place I EVER Been to . The places was so dirty and filthy it was insane . But what really was Insane was how rude the frontiers are . Totally unacceptable! Please read the reviews of the hotels before booking !!

As I already mentioned, beds height must be reduced so that kids and senior citizens can easily get into beds and feel comfortable. By any chance, if kids/ Sr. Citizens fell down from bed, and it will become a headache.Rooms: Bed heights need too be reducedNearby activities: Nearer to Niagara State Park and other falls attractions.

Location isn't great. We got there pretty late so had to ring a bell for someone to come check us in. Parking lot was completely full. I realized when going to check in that I had lost my driver's license. We had made the reservation on one of the sites on line (expedia/priceline). I had my expired license at home though so they did finally allow my son to email them pics of my old license so we could check in which I appreciated. The owner though kept feeling the need to give me advice about making sure I always had my ID with me, which obviously I would have if I wouldn't have just lost it! We had a really rough day prior to check in and since it was so late, we didn't get much sleep. Thankfully they did give us an extra hour to check out which was greatly appreciated. The room however...not good. The bathrooms were gross with obvious black mold growing. We were so exhausted that I refrained myself from checking the mattress seems for bugs which I normally would do. We didn't thankfully have any hitchhikers on the way home though so Im guessing it was ok. The mold though was a huge issue for me as one, its disgusting and two, I'm allergic. And it is so obvious that it realy bothers me why they didn't address it.

The rooms were exceptionally tidy and clean, offering great value for the price paid. The only drawback was the light breakfast, but the overall experience was fantastic.Food & drinks: Light Breakfast

DO NOT STAY HERE. They have a flea infestation and my room was absolutely filthy: mess in the refrigerator, blood in the bathroom, hair in the tub and sink, stains on the mirrors, dirty wall and cobwebs everywhere. This was the most disgusting place I’v ever stayed, it deserves zero stars but that’s not possible so I give it a one.

Worst experience ever! The phone didn't work, tv got maybe 3-4 channels and hair everywhere on the towels and sink. I tried to address with the owners and they said it wasn't their problem and laughed. The male owner came to our room to attempt to fix the tv and said we had to change the channels manually. Rude, rude, rude! Not professional at all! And WILL NOT GO BACK!!

This is a decent motel. Room was in good shape. Bathroom was really small. Good thing that there was free breakfast. It was little noisy in the night as kids from adjacent rooms were playing. It was little noisy in the morning as we could hear shower drain noise from upstairs. If you want to save few bucks, you can stay here. Definitely looked better than other motels nearby. Friendly staff.

Good location. I can't rate the service because I never saw an employee. They offered a room with 3 beds, so that worked well for our family. The breakfast was nothing great. I struggled to find anything appetizing.
