I came in about 30 mins to closing with a few questions regarding lines and upgrades. Will and Nadeen made sure I got the best deals and made sure I understood all the changes. Even though we were there past closing, they didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Top-of-the-line customer service from the both of them.I’ve been going to this AT&T location for several years, and the customer service from these two have been the best thus far

Had exceptional service, which was quick and informative. I was provided with the best option that suited my needs from the young lady that assisted. The other staff member was nice and friendly as well.

Just had Will, rep, handle an issue that the customer service call center couldn’t help with, after over an hour on the phone. Will, store rep, handled it in less than ONE MINUTE and showed a junior rep how to obtain the information as well. The overseas call reps are ATROCIOUS, thank you SO MUCH, Will , and the team at store YB31

Every time I have an issue they have handled it efficiently and quickly. No one has ever tried to oversell me on options. Will , an excellent rep, just today handled an issue in less than a minute that took customer service call center over an HOUR to tell me they couldn't resolve. The call center reps are incredibly awful.

Hector from this location will literally con elderly folk into purchasing unnecessary add-ons (protection plans) and accessories, and change the plan to a more expensive one, not disclosing taxes and fees. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT LET YOUR PARENTS OR GRAND PARENTS GO HERE. They will get SCAMMED.Caused a huge mess where I had to call customer service to reverse the changes. Customer Service deserves all the stars for fixing Hector's scams.

If I could write a review less than a 1, I would. I have a prepaid phone, which I purchased from this store, over a year ago. I have been having numerous "UNWANTED/SPAM" calls. Even though I do not answer them, I get charged for every one. I went to this store last evening to try to get this problem resolved. There were 4 sales individuals doing nothing but chatting with each other. I approached one and told her my problem, and she stated there was nothing her store could do because it was not a "prepaid" store. She and another person stated I should go to "Prepaid" online and get help there. When I got home I went to ATT Prepaid site and ended up trying to converse with a computer. NEEDLESS TO SAY, the computer was unable to help me. All I wanted was to be able to talk to a real person. Finally, after about 1/2 hour, I signed off and never went back! My FRUSTRATION was an understatement!!!!!!!!!

I went into this store on November 3rd for a phone upgrade. I was told by staff about the deals and how I qualified for first net set since I'm a nurse. I was told by staff that I would be saving money by switching to first net and I would get a free watch and AirPods for doing so. To say they lied was the understatement of the century! My bill went up 164 dollars and when I reached out to first net, I was informed that the insurance and the next up services was added to my bill. Oh wait there's more ....the watch that was "free" was added to my account as an additional line after I specifically asked about this and was told that the watch doesn't have a it's own number ! They are liars and I have been with AT&T for well over a decade. I wish I could pick zero stars but im forced to give one! DO NOT GO TO THE AT&T STORE IN NIAGARA FALLS YOU WILL SERIOUSLY REGRET IT!!! I'm going to another carrier after this nonsense !
