I've been with Bank of America for 20 years. I went to this branch to deposit a check that was made out to my son from his uncle. I had my son with me, and he had is identification with him. I have done this in the past at my old branch with no problem. The teller at this branch told me I can't do it because my son isn't on my account. Since the old branch closed, I have been using this one. Time to find a new bank.

never enough tellers during lunch, the busy time of day for them. And they allow personal banking at their business customer line. A few of the tellers are VERY SLOW even for a simple cash deposit. Meanwhile, other employees seem to be standing around doing nothing.

This branch is convenient because it's very close to Canada, making it easy for Canadian residents with a BoA account to visit. The staff is friendly, but it seems they may not have enough employees to provide efficient service, as there's around a one-hour wait. I would like to mention that Branden Bey is very professional, knowledgeable, and was helpful to me.

I needed a medallion signature. They had a customer cut in front of me. Waited 35 min, left but came back because I need the service. Tried to sell me another service. All in all it took an hour and a half and I absolutely hated the process. They have double standards in the way they treat customers, so I do not recommend. Only go if you absolutely must!

Like another long term customer, I find that BOA on Military is constantly without notary access. I left another smaller bank where there was always a notary, and now find myself driving to Niagara Falls from Lewiston only to find out there is no notary, oh well......So, as this is incomprehensible in a 21st century environment I will have to do business at another bank so my business needs can be met. Every single bank rep should be a notary.

I recently crossed over from Canada and presented myself at this branch location, without an appointment, to try to resolve an expired debit/credit card issue involving my deceased parent's US Trust account (I'm the recognized Successor Trustee on the account). Prior attempts were unsuccessful. My previous debit / credit card had been renewed on multiple prior occasions, but since the most recent card had expired during Covid-19 lockdown, I'd been unable to cross into the US to explain the situation, and a replacement card was never issued. The kindest lady (Jasintra F.) patiently listened to my story, understood the intricacies of my predicament, and proceeded to go way out of her way, for more than an hour, to find a work around. A huge thank you to Jasintra for her outstanding, exceptional customer service skills, I hope this review results in Jasintra receiving the recognition she so richly deserves.

Crazyy , I get there to get a change and I am here at least every week or so she was so rude and mean. I usually go here at around morning and nobody had ever questioned me so much just to get a change. The old lady was like why, name of business, what business this and that. If you really want information to keep a track comon just ask for my card or my id what is this way of asking thousands question when you are not even going to look at it. She acted like I was asking the change from her pocket and not from bank… I have my account in here and I will definitely go to this bank for change not the citizen bank. If you treat well you get treated well too. Idk how was her day but she definitely ruin my day,,,. There are thousands ways you can ask question to someone especially when you work at a professional setting like banks,,, pissed with how I was treated don’t even wanna go back !!!!!

Although I am a Canadian citizen loves Niagara Falls New York all the time, this is great bank for me, even investing high interest money earning rates even if I won the one billion dollar Powerball lottery as an example. I hope there are other safe and wise investments for my one billion dollar Powerball prize as an example. Any safe and wise one billion dollar financial investment suggestion I must deal with?

Phone don’t work. It just rings and rings and rings. Nobody picks up. I went in for a business issue where they needed to scan in my documents for a DBA and B of A’s central office rejected it. The national call center won’t help at all and nobody at the branch picks up the phone. I’m thinking of abandoning this idea of using B of A as my business bank altogether with this kind of service.

The ONLY reason this branch receives 2 stars is due to the friendly security guard. As the owner/operator of a business, I would literally fire the entire staff. The staff is so poorly trained on customer service that it reflects on how a business should NOT operate. Their lack luster performance is deplorable. I was there for something simple and they couldn't get it right. They said good night to their staff with genuine enthusiasm so I know they are capable of so much more. I trained a call center on it's daily operations for 2 years and it showed. I wish I videotaped my interaction because the video I filmed to highlight errors were surpassed on this video. You literally couldn't hire actors to play the roles of poor customer service reps. Bank of America PLEASE hear me...if you don't step in and train these people, you will lose much more than your reputation. I love BofA. I am posting this in anticipation of helping you before it's too late.

The worst bank ever! Me and my partner deposit checks from personal accounts to our business account. We deposit on Saturday and a worker promised that we can see our deposit on Monday in our account. It's been 10 days but it still not showing in account. Money has been cut out from personal account but I can't see it in business account I went to bank and ask about it but staff is very rude and unIhelpful they did not do anything for it and say you still have to wait for it. I have to make transaction but can't do it because of a very unprofessional worker.

I don't normally write reviews.. I've had about 3 or 4 total put in over the years and it's only when it's absolutely terrible or over the top amazing.. This completely deserves the time to have a review in. Drove to this bank from Toronto Canada this morning with my parents - we had quite a number of items that needed to be sorted out.. Walked in with no appointment. We were greeted by a lady (might have been the Branch Manager) and were advised not to worry, they would try to squeeze us in as soon as possible. Within a handful of mins we were called in by another lady (Fawn L.). This lady was absolutely amazing. I know it hurts me to say this but she makes Canadian Customer Service feel like amateur hour (speaking from my experience). The level of professionalism and attitude she has is unmatched. She took the time and absolutely went way above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Don't mean to bash Canadian Customer Service.. we're known for great service, but this was at another level. Thank you Fawn L. and team for your help this morning!! very much appreciated..

This is the worst bank ever! I deposit a certified check and still have to wait 9 days for it to clear. I deposit a personal check from a customer and it clears in one day. I get charged a fee if I deposit cash over a certain amount. For heavens sake your a flipping bank and a cash deposit is a problem. It is always busy and I always have to wait. This bank makes every so complicated. I hate this bank! I am moving my account elsewhere.

I came to this BOA location to get a notarized copy of document for a visa application. The online booking system showed no appointments available for the next few weeks, so I decided to walk in.I was told by a receptionist claiming herself to be a Notary Public that she can’t do a notarized copy because notarization requires signature. She told me what I was looking for is a “certified copy” which didn’t involve a signature. She told me I should go to UPS to get the “certified copy”. I showed her the list of documents required by the embassy where it clearly stated “notarized copy” is needed. She still wouldn’t do it and asked me to go to UPS to get the “certified copy”. I gave up. Oh. Did I mention that all of these conversations happened while I was at the very front door without any privacy and people walking pass by constantly?I went to M&T bank later and got a notarized copy without any problem. I had to write “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”, dated, and signed. The Notary Public then signed and stamped. I was treated much nicer at M&T too. I was welcomed by two staff members. I had my own semi-private room while the notarization took place.I would never go to BOA for a notary service anymore. It’s a completely waste of time and make you feel bad about yourself as if you are an idiot for not knowing the difference between a “certified copy” and a “notarized copy”. Obviously, the person at BOA knows how to do a notarized copy as a Notary Public.Ironically, I am a “Preferred Rewards Gold Member” at BOA because it’s where I kept my direct deposits in. I didn’t use M&T bank as much as BOA. I probably should consider changing my primary banking account to M&T.
