Worst Bank Around!
Customer Service Is Very Poor.
I felt discriminated against by customer service agent named Kelsey. She was very rude and aggressive. I would suggest she was behaving like this towards me because of race.
I had an issue regarding showing my ID for a bank deposit.
I verified my ID with answering of series of security question and presented my bank card
I still was denied to make a deposit by Kelsey.
I ended up making my deposit on the ATM machine located inside the bank.
I spoke with bank manager MarySue Velky. I explained the situation and my concerns. She states it was for my security. I suggested if I was different race this wouldn’t happen.
She didn’t acknowledge my issue.
Overall terrible service at this bank.
I would recommend Bank of America which is located a short drive up the road and they have location all through out the United States of America .

Have only used the ATM as it's one of the only in the area that doesn't charge a fee for PayPal debit/MC. Clean. Great parking lot to navigate with wide lanes for what is probably one of the most user friendly ATM systems I've come across. I'm going to miss this when I go back home end of semester and lose the convenience of having a drive thru for this card.

This review is for the Sheridan Drive branch. So far so good mainly for the whopping interest rate. Would have rated a fifth star but for the strange conversation the manager had with my son and I about expected behavior at " his" bank.

We started putting some money into their savings account which is at 2%. They opened this newly-built location in Niagara Falls recently. There are no teller cages here! Their tellers stand at small desks with a computer and a small printer. I have never taken out cash here so I am not sure where they would get that from. I asked for a deposit slip and was told they are not necessary! Is this a look into the future of what branch banks will be?
